Had the canadiana for lunch. Very tasty pizza. Thin, strong crust, herby oil, tasty sauce, real pepperoni and veggies, perfect amount of cheese. Would definitely recommend!

My company orders from this location once a week for out work meetings. They're always late. Today, they were 1.5 hours late. I've called 4 times, first the pizza was burnt and they were making a new one, second they were on the way, 35 minutes later no show. This happens all the time. The other day they left it outside with no warning. I called & asked why they would do that & the answer was order from somewhere else then." They just really don't care about their customers

I got pizza pepperoni the other day , pizza was so oily which every time I picked a slice there well oil dripping from it! It effected the taste and made me sick

4th time in a row received a reheated, burnt crust, tasteless pizza. Not difficult to tell it is jot fresh. I think 4 times is quite fair to make a complaint. Rather you decline the order then deliver this garbage. You aren't fooling anyone we can all tell a fresh pizza VS a Delissio.

I ordered a pizza at 7:11pm and the ETA was supposed to be 40 mins. The pizza took 1 hr and 25 mins to arrive and they forgot to bring the dipping sauce and drink I had paid for. They were unapologetic when I called to complain and they didn’t really offer anything to compensate for the mishap until I had to literally request extra dips and drinks. Not good enough. Very poor customer service and I won’t be ordering again. I am still waiting for the delivery of the rest of my order, so the total time will be nearly 2 hours from the time of my initial order. I do not recommend ordering from this location.EDIT: I was in contact with Customer Service and they offered me a $25.00 credit for my troubles. When I finally called to place an order a few weeks ago (Jan 2023), I was told the credit didn’t exist. I have since emailed Customer Service TWICE and no one has bothered to respond to me. The lack of communication speaks volumes on how Pizzaiolo handles their customers with questionable integrity. I will not be ordering from any Pizzaiolo location in the future. You have now lost me as a customer permanently.

Came by to this place as I noticed pizza Nova had closed down on king st. I order a slice and it was still cold and the pizza itself tasted terrible. There was a really weird aftertaste! Gross!

Perfect late night pizza! This pizza shop has slices for sale, they also have pies with a variety of fresh toppings! The pizza pie that I ordered was made fast, fresh, and was absolutely heavenly delicious! The crust was crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. The customer service was amazing, as they explained the different options of ordering pizza. Thank you so much!

Pizza ordered online at 10:35pm. No warning before checking out that there would be any delays. After checking out, received a notice that pizza would be delivered at 11:25pm (which is already a long time). Called at 11:45 and asked for a status update. Was told “don’t worry ma’am. It is coming.” It’s now midnight and just received the pizza, which is cold. At no point was there any apology for the delay. I appreciate that Friday nights are busy but the expectation management and customer service issues were a bit ridiculous here.
