He explained things well and helped me out and all the staff at Kelowna Mercedes are ALWAYS polite, patient, and helpful - Bought my first vehicle from Kelowna Mercedes when I first moved here in 2006 (a pre-owned vehicle) and have been purchasing from them ever since, and will continue to do so! My wife and I had a very good experience purchasing a vehicle from Kelowna Mercedes Benz and in particular with sales consultant Diego Sanchez and sales manager Isaac Tien. Both were incredibly professional, friendly, very helpful and there was no high pressure sales tactics! Diego even showed up to the showroom on his day off when we picked up our car, and made sure everything was in order and we were happy with how the process had gone.Highly recommend Kelowna Mercedes Benz and we will purchase another vehicle from them in the future!

We purchased a GLK250 3 years ago and the purchase experience was very professional and easygoing. Just recently the GLK had an issue with the rear blind spot sensors and I was just a few days over warranty, but they pushed Mercedes Benz to cover it and they did. This has allowed me to have some preventative maintenance done while it’s in their service bay. There service inspection was extremely thorough right down to minor cosmetic things on the vehicle. I look forward to dealing with Kelowna Mercedes when it’s time to upgrade.Thank You

I recently purchased the CLS 53 AMG from Mercedes Kelowna and I had the pleasure of working with Maggie Foun.From my initial inquiry to receiving the car, I had the best customer experience. Since I was from Vancouver, I did not have a chance to see the car physically, however Maggie was able to bring the car to me virtually via YouTube. She sent me several videos and took the time to educate me on the car and its features. She even took the time to ensure the shipping of the car to Vancouver went smooth.Her service, knowledge and patience are the best in the business. I never at anytime felt pressured in purchasing the car from her.
