Even when we were about to settle for a more expensive option, he kept looking and got us the better deal so we wouldn't have to get financing. We shopped around drastically and for months looking for a reliable truck for a good price (as the last private sale we had went poorly and left us without a vehicle) so we were very worried and skeptical in searching again. We finally found a listing that actually seemed like a really good deal for a dealership- with everything else going out there. So we pulled the trigger and the staff at Carstead were welcoming and reassuring. We are so happy we went with Carstead as we had an issue shortly after we bought (unknown to them) and I called them to let them know and they dealt with it completely. Never had such a great experience and reassuring feeling making such a big purchase. Great dealer. Max was wonderful.

I bought a Volvo from Tom at Carstead in June 2020. From the other motors on the lot he seems selective about the quality of inventory he carries (pre-owned premium, European marques) which are smoke- and pet-free, etc. He’d already spent some money re-laminating the rims on the car I ended up buying. Throughout the sale and after-sale process, Tom was always friendly, personable and responsive to phone/email messages. I was impressed by the white glove service during the delivery of the car which had been detailed from top to bottom. If you’re a discerning buyer in the market for fairly priced and carefully curated pre-owned vehicles, I recommend Carstead with confidence.

Tom and his staff are incredible people. Tom has been helping my family and friends buy and sell cars for years He has many amazing used options on his lot, and stands behind all of the cars he sells. He helped my parents acquire this absolutely stunning BMW M Roadster (Z3 M) which we've had for 3 year now and has been great.

Tom is a fabulous guy to deal with. He hand picks high end premium pre owned vehicles and he aims to please. He gives car salesman a GREAT name. I would highly recommend him.

Let me start by saying This was me getting my first car, in total I visited 5 dealerships and didn’t have the best experience at a couple of them but there was a car I really wanted at Carstead (03, Mustang) and Tom could not have been more patient.In the process of applying for financing at my bank I must have visited the dealership at least 6 times in the span of 3-4 months before I actually purchased the car and each and every time I was treated with respect.I was sold a very good vehicle, One that I recently got checked out by a mechanic and it is in great condition. The only issue I have had so far is the ball joints needing to be replaced which is actually quite common on the new edge mustangs.I wanted to wait until I owned the vehicle for awhile before I made a review. And it’s coming up on 6 months of ownership so I felt like now would be a appropriate time.The vehicle was even dropped off at my house with keys and everything.Further more even after I purchased the vehicle Tom offered to help with the convertible drain being clogged. Which I did manage to resolveAll in all this was a 10/10 experience and I’m glad I went with Carstead
