Laura Pantano did a wonderful job with fitting my orthotics and she also kindly recommended orthotic shoes for both home and at work. It has greatly improved the pain I had been experiencing in my feet. Laura was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and I would highly recommend her for any orthotic needs :)

Wonderful experience from the moment I called to book our initial appointment. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Laura, our sons Pedorthist made sure our son felt comfortable, informed and part of this process. She has made herself available not only during her working hours, but also takes the time to respond to emails outside her office time. She sends follow up emails to ensure things are going smoothly and according to plan and does what she can to accommodate appointment times requested. We couldn’t feel more comfortable knowing Laura is overseeing our sons needs.

Laura Jenne has given me back my quality of life. I can walk and am as pain free as I will ever be given the issues with my feet. She went above and beyond to find the answers I needed. It was a journey to achieve the success I now have but her knowledge, expertise and caring made it all worth it. Shout out to Nikita who made every visit to the office a seamless and pleasant experience.

I always thought orthotics were for senior citizens. After a knee injury, orthotics helped properly line up my feet, knees and hips again and have made me feel like I can return to being active. I hope to be running soon. Laura was beyond patient after a bad experience with orthotics elsewhere. One conversation with her you too will learn she's very knowledgeable. My mum, brother, and dad have all found their way to Laura. If you've got knee pain or foot pain (which I would never wish on anyone) go see her!

My daughter was having heel pain and trouble walking. I took her to see Laura and she knew what the problem was right away. She made my daughter heel lifts while we waited. Her heel already feels better just after a couple days. Quick, professional service all around from PBO.

Great place to get your Orthotics. Laura was so good to me, very quick as well. Had a minor problem with my Orthotics. She took me in right away and made an alteration. Man what a difference. The receptionist is excellent as well. Very pleasant Groupe. Thank you for the pain free walks.
