I contacted Jeanette a month ago to arrange travel to Cabos San Lucas, Mexico.I asked Jeanette to compare Sun Wings and Westjet then I would book the Baja California Hotel.Two weeks passed and I called and Jeanette said she forgot all about dealing with my package and would do it right away and call me.Two more weeks have passed and I called Jeanette this morning and she hadnt done a thing.I told her politely this wasn't good service and I will deal with another travel companyDon Oliphant , Sooke, B.C.
