Wait times are not long at this clinic if you need to get in and out. I have had some issues with under prescribed antibiotics which the pharmacist caught and had adjusted, twice. The doctor is kind, doesn't rush you, which is always a plus. I can't tell you how many doctors I see that are so rushed it makes you feel uncomfortable, you won't have that problem here.

I've been going to this clinic for more than a year and Dr Shokri is my family doctor and he's amazing. The receptionist lady is so sweet and she always remembers my name and who I am everytime I go there for an appointment.

The doctor is very nice and professional.The front desk recipient is nice, but it isn’t professional. I did have making the appointment over the phone this week. However, when we arrived at the time, she said there was no things under my name. That is very ridiculous. Time is very important for the patient, just highly recommend don’t happen in the future.

Made an appointment for a specific reason when I arrived at 08:00 I had a short wait and the doctor told me that they did not see patients for this reason I booked for the doctor didn’t even take one second to care and THEN HE BILLED MANITOBA HEALTH for a visit I never had !!!

The Doctor is very good at listening. he advises which method is best. Kind courteous. I hope the Pharmacy will open soon? Receptionists very patient and consistent. Pleasant experience.I would like to add the Dr. and staff care about those genuine patients who are not affiliated with organized crime. The point about the other reviews is that they don`t mention whether they themselves are affiliated with organized crime? I am not in anyway affiliated. If any patient of mine was found out I would not want to breach my Hippocratic oath. Very good Dr. Keep the ethics high and criminal free.Marc

I dropped off some medical forms to be filled out by Dr.M.Shokri. They were simple with a few questions on them. I explained what I needed the forms for but Dr.Shokri did not fill them and instead asked me to pick them up in two days! When I went back there two days later, the forms were not ready ( although I tried to phone them at least seven times before I went there but nobody answered the phone) and receptionist did not know anything about them. She asked Dr. Shokri about it. The doctor could not remember at first and after he remembered, he showed me anger which I still don't understand why. Then he asked somebody else to fill out the forms for me and I had to start from scratch and explain everything right from start to the person who was filling out the forms.The whole experience was horrible, inconvenient and unprofessional. Obviously there was no communication between the staff working there.I will try to change my family doctor as soon as possible and will never go back to them again.

Dr.Shokri is an amazing doctor. He takes the time to explain everything to you, he will sit and listen to all of your concerns and is an overall genuine human being. His front receptionists are always so kind and will remember who you are. The wait times are never too long unless if it is obviously very busy. The pharmacy attached to the office are very professional as well. I recommend this doctor to everyone and let them know how great he is. Thanks for taking care of me Dr. Shokri!

Terrible doctor who does not provide any useful treatment options and is almost certainly happy to charge the government for patient visits where he does literally nothing. He's misdiagnosed my partner's herniated disc (multiple other health professionals have consistently offered a different diagnosis). He's disregarded my concerns on several visits and has asked me to explain why I have osteoarthritis. I had to ask him if it could be rheumatoid and what options I had to prevent further degradation. None of that was offered or forthcoming. He's a danger to anyone who believes doctors are always right or know best. If you've seen him, go get a second opinion for your own health. You're better at another walk in.

I have no complaint of Doctor, he is nice and professional. However, I am always been treated badly by Front Desk girl. She owes the patients apologies. She is rude and unprofessional, as a new person, I understood but she should have a good attitude at her role. I have an appointment at 2:00 pm and waited 45 mins, she asked all the patients get in expect me, even a girl who just came in and said she has an appointment at 2:30 pm. yes! 2:30 pm girl went to the Doctor before me. I asked her why, she stared at me and did not explain. Why I should be treated like this?
