I have been working with Paul for 1 1/2 months now- and I feel that I have gained a tremendous amount not just in terms of relief, but tools and mindsets that I can carry with me in the future. He is patient, he is very mindful and provides me a safe space to share my worries and grievances without feeling like I am letting anybody down. He has a profoundly philosophical approach and for me, has coupled it with cognitive behavioural therapy to provide a well thought out, and structured approach to therapy. As a veteran who is used to VERY structured approaches and mindsets, therapy with Paul has has worked wonders for me and has helped me understand the importance of moderation and diversity in our daily routines. Looking forward to rounding out our sessions together- I would highly recommend Paul to anybody!

Paul embodies a genuine depth of understanding and compassion for his clients, allowing for the presence of beautifully normalized vulnerability in every one of his sessions.Philosophical, articulate, client-centred. In the short span of nearly 2 months, I've noticed that his excellent active listening has allowed me the catharsis to feel seen/heard when sharing my inner most tumult while also challenging me when I most need it. The dynamism of his flexibility in being able to lead, follow and collaborate truly make for fruitful judgment-free conversations. I met with Paul once a week for 2+ months and had a terrific experience. Paul has a very warm and calming demeanour. I felt heard, not rushed into sharing anything, and overall so happy with my progress. Throughout our work together, I felt that Paul really listened to what I needed and approached our sessions in a way that I could easily digest. He shared insightful documents that helped me work on my goals but most of the time, I didn't even realize that I was putting our work into motion and progressed naturally. With the goals we set together within my first few sessions, I can confidently say that I have grown and reached those goals and am in a much better place from where I began before our sessions.
