I am so impressed! Compassionate care is consistently provided in a beautiful clinic by a very informative healthcare team. Excellent customer service and front desk staff. Nurse is very knowledgable and she made me feel safe and comfortable when talking about my very personal issues. All the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. Every time I arrived I was greeted by name with a smile, I was offered tea, coffee or a drink. It was a relaxing place to fix my bladder leaks and it's non-invasive! So much better than many alternatives.

PT 2: I find it interesting that the high reviews are for service and not performance/results. Most everyone is cordial & pleasant at the beginning especially before the deal is closed. What I'm not seeing is positive reviews for results. **Please read all reviews before you make a decision.**In the Part 1 response to me from the clinic (shown below) I was reminded that there's a small percentage that it does not work for. However, when I asked for the reason(s), at the very beginning of the process, it was a vague response about it only applying to individuals who had had hip replacement surgery.A steep price to find out that it's not going to work for you!PT 1: Does not work for everyone. I specifically asked if there were instances where it does not work and was reassured that unless I had had hip surgery it would work. It's a lot of money to find out it doesn't work for everyone even after being told I was the perfect candidate for this.

I felt rush as the other hostess at uro was asking to put her client in front of me when I was there for a consultation. I don’t believe I got the full experience.I would not recommend UROSPOT !My first consultation was very disappointing. During the consultation there were two interruptions. The sad part was I was assuming it was my time to get a full understanding of the concept of the chair and how everything could work. Although I understand, it will not work for everyone. The reason for the interruption Was only to put another client in front of my appointment. There interested was to accommodate that person. After they noticed, I posted a comment about their customer care service. I was then called because of my first comments that I posted . I thought by coming in the second time that I would be able to try the chair out with the proper direction as to how to sit and position myself on the chair that did not happen. So, my thoughts are customer service standards are not up to par.

The team at Uro Spot is very professional and educational. Jackie, Sarah, Jean, Alex and Priya all offered top notch customer care. I decided to go to Uro Spot to proactively maintain and improve pelvic health especially after child birth. I felt it provided another level of personal care which had never really been available in this non invasive way until now. I highly recommend Uro Spot Oakville for any pelvic health concerns or to simply be proactive in maintaining optimal health in this area of your body which as we age will experience aging just like the rest of our body.

Everyone was so great, friendly and explained everything so well.Even after just a few treatments there was marked improvements!

Free consultation was great but just know beforehand the price for the treatment is $2400.00 approximately and benefit's will only cover half of that maximum, just fyi, I didn't like the forceable taking of my credit card # upon end of consult to book all my appointments ahead of my health benefits approval, just a little to much pressure to commit, before you leave the place....Ty...

I cannot wait to begin my sessions. Everyone at Urospot made me feel comfortable and supported. They are a world of knowledge and anyone that is experiencing urinary leakage, please don't wait!!

I felt such a warm welcome when first entering the clinic. Every staff member that I interacted with was so kind and supportive. It was a very comforting environment to be in when sharing vulnerability. I am fascinated with the chair and I am excited to start treatment.
