We have been coming to Kal Tire for around 7 years and always had great service. Our last couple visits we ran into some challenges but I give credit to the acting manager on really taking care of us once we expressed our concerns. They clearly take customer service seriously and we appreciate that.

10/10 service, had a nail in my 350Z rear tire and the team at Kal took good care of me on such short notice. Extremally knowledgeable staff who are loads of fun to chat with while I waited. 100% recommend them and I will be returning in the future.

Updated to 3 stars: Manager of store reached out after review.Poor recent experienceTechnician high revved and sped out of bay to park vehicle.After routine rotation and tire check, staff let me know tires and vehicle steer and suspension were in good order. Take the vehicle on the highway later that day and now vehicle shakes uncontrollably at above 95km.Booked secondary appointment to see what was going on. As vehicle was being inspected. Manager, sales staff, and technician huddle together by my vehicle to discuss something. After huddle they come to me and tell me I need new tires and that my alignment is out.I wish they would have caught this during the first appointment and the service was consistent.Prior to this appointment, I would have highly recommended this location. Now, I'm not too sure based on the inconsistencies in a short period of time.

Got a lift done elsewhere and ordered tires through these guys and to get them installed balanced and an alignment done. The tires rubbed, the company that did the lift told me they wouldn’t. The guys at KalTire went out of their way to help me find a solution that would fix the issue. They didn’t seem like a corporate entity, they cared for me as if I was close family and helped me until my truck was on the road with no rubbing and everything worked great! I have never been treated so well and cared for so much at a business. When I say I won’t go elsewhere for anything (oil changes, tires, maintenance, repairs) I’m not joking. You guys gained a lifetime customer of both my wife and I. Thank-you for caring and for being an awesome business.

Seriously, beyond happy with this tire shop!! The staff are awesome!! Let's face it.... there are a lot of us that run into vehicle issues from time to time... a dead battery on a Friday afternoon... a flat tire with a slow leak causing havoc on a Friday after work.... well..... these guys have rescued me on both of these occasions and were not offended by my brutal honesty sense of humor..... Highly recommend!! Fair prices, quality products and over the top customer service!!

I feel bad this wasn't my first call (it definitely will be now!) but when we got a flat tire on our family vacation , Kal tire was the only place willing to fit us in, with the tow truck on the way, and at the end of the day! The customer service was absolutely amazing, they were helpful and professional! Very fast and efficient! Got everything done very fast so I could join my family on our adventures and get us all home safely! I wish I had gotten his name (was a borrowed staff member from another Kal tire and I'm so appreciative he was at Chilliwack that day!) I can't say enough good things about this Kal tire, and will definitely be my first call with any future needs! I highly recommend this company to everyone/anyone!!Thank you so much for seeing a family need and helping!

Recently I had a flat tire repaired by the crew at this Kal Tire. Great service. Friendly and professional. William Snow was a stand out, going above and beyond in customer service.I highly recommend this auto service centre if you need anything in the way of tires and repairs.
