Bought a pair of shoes online for someone’s birthday present, only for them to be the wrong ones. Returned to store and asked if I could have the money back on a gift card so the person could order the right pair. First gift card didn’t work. Clerk asked to put money on my debit and then “pay” for gift card. Sure. Only for me to scan my debit card and the gift card still not work. Come to find out, the gift card system was down. Told me that because my money didn’t go on the gift card, the money would go back onto my card all by itself. That was a month ago. Still no shoes, still no return. I wish you could leave this company zero stars. We’re a huge sport family.. this use to be our place to get all our equipment each year. I will never spend a dime here again. Treating me like a liar. “It was refunded.” NO IT WASN’T. Thankfully it’s only $69.XX but still. It’s the principle. I bet if they looked at their sales for that day my money is a sale. Debit machine didn’t crash, the gift card portion did.

My third time this year in to buy sneakers .Fantastic service! For a chain store to have this type for great service is refreshing! Made a purchase each time ,what a hugh selection they have, check out the pictures
