Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Wanted to change cars. No hassle at all. Just the manager wasn't in so had to wait a bit. The consultant anticipated my worries and answered without coaxing. Read my mind better than my own wife!

Me and my wife rented a car on the 10th this month and returned it on the 12th next day at work a coworker asking me how is the trip and he mentioned he rented a car from the same place for half of the price to my surprise I thought because he is booking a longer term so I checked online for the 13th and 14th and sure enough the price was exactly half so its no the long term so refreshed the web site and the price kept jumping from $60 to $102 what a rip off never again

Worst service ever !! This is now the second time my hubby has reserved a vehicle. Theyve even called a day or two to confirm they may not have a full suv what we wanted but theyll have an suv. Theyve even got the money from credit card 'on hold' but the day comes and they all of a sudden have nothing !! Im so tired of this ! DO NOT GO HERE WORST SERVICE EVER !!

Customer service given to me from I picked up the truck til when I returned it was great! However, the vehicle that I reserved(family size SUV) 2 months before my reservation date was not available on my picked up day eventhough I made a several follow ups that I needed a SUV for the rental. But the lady who assisted me gave me a truck instead which also works for me.

Horrible experience, borderline line harassing us to give a review as they rely on it for promotion. Then the day after we give them a great review, they call us saying they found mud and dirt under the car and it was possibly swamped and if I dont call back they’ll send it to damages. Absolutely ridiculous It was all in town driving barely even used it the whole time we had it. All this after they did a walk around and said it was fine at drop off. Horrible hours, no key drop box, money grabbing liars. Would be 0/5 if I could make it.

I was using a vehicle from here and the vehicle had some issues, I took it back and I was asked to pay off my balance before they switched me to a different vehicle. I was shown a vehicle and asked if I wanted it and my answer was yes. Went inside, paid off my balance and was waiting for the switched. The individual I have been doing all these transactions with asked me if I needed help with something else. Politely I said I am waiting for the different vehicle.Do you know what this ‘’B’’ told me? I just gave out the vehicle to that customer that was standing here.Standing there frustrated, not knowing how to continue, they asked me if I needed a ride to go home. One guy wanting to be the hero for the day; “please just go home and I will make available a vehicle for you by end of day” it’s been weeks. Very bad experience.

Do not rent a vehicle from here. Vehicles are not in good condition. They are dishonest and you will end up having to pay for damage that was already on the vehicles plus extras. I just received an invoice for damage that I did not cause to the vehicle and the invoice also included hidden extras like a charge for a new battery. This invoice came after I thought the issue was resolved yet the staff submitted it to be claims anyways. Do not rent a vehicle here.

I can not describe my experience here as anything less than a living nightmare.Even if you booked your reservation a week in advance, the staff only shows up here when they feel like it.I was stranded here for 3 and a half hours before I was given a truck that was filthy and full of trash, which I refused.I then was driven to their other location so she could wash and clean another truck for me.My reservation was for 4:30pm I didn't leave till 9pm...

came in after phoning about a charger earlier in the day. the nice lady said not now but maybe. ok cool went there after work to grab a truck to use while my truck was being fixed. was stoked about a charger. oh well. come in and the super nice staff said hey i got a charger in and saved it for you! a black one at that. ok wow didnt tell you my favorite color of car but awesome!! few minutes was out of there 100% satisfied and will be back as soon as i need another rental. wonderful experience! much appreciated!

Wouldn't go here again, even told that to the place fixing my truck, they said we're going to contact enterprise for a vehicle, I said no thanks, I would rather walk then to deal with that massive headache of a a place. After my insurance stopped paying I had to pay in place or the treats of having it sent to collections after only 3 weeks in which I was working 13 hr days, paid it and they said I owed nothing else. Now I have a bill for 1100 being pushed at me and more threats of collections. You have a choice and I'd say stay away from here.
