Drove 20 minutes into town to resolve an issue with my phone involving a sim card swap only to find the store was closed before the advertised 8 pm.Earlier in the day I visited the store to receive a new sim card as instructed by phone support. The store gave me a new sim but provided no other support and instructed me to phone back into support. Over 1 hour on the phone with support now I have a bricked phone. extremely frustrating waste of my time

It was a nice experience. I was there to price a phone and to inquire about the telecommunication provider with a view to switching if possible. I was attended to by the only female staff on duty. Her explanation was thorough enough. However I had to wait at the entrance for a very long period of time because she was attending to a customer and since she was the only staff on duty, it is quite understandable. Such a big outlet should always have more than a staff at all times. My opinion though.

Lost a phone on a contract... both Telus stores were not helpful with trying to accommodate me... both stores the reps told me two different things which a week ago I went to them and was told another thing which is what I went back to do today but then was told that was not an option and that would not have been told to me. I have 5 phone contracts under my name you would think they would try to please a customer. I always pay the bill in full on time. I had this problem with them but never for a lost phone before, ended up with that one odd rep that actually tries to please the customers after must frustration did me good so stayed... I know when these 5 contracts are up I will not be renewing my 600 dollar phone bill a month with them... will b going else where. Just advise... if you ever run into troubles and need their support or care get things in writing and names of the person ur dealing with cause the story changes from person to person. Very bad customer service. Lost a loyal customer.

This store set up a phone to an independent business and then sold that phone to an older couple—as a new phone. When the older couple tried to transfer that phone to their family members, they discovered someone else remote managed the phone they’d had for two years. It was called an MDM lock (remote management). The store left a message for the independent business, but it was the family who had to track the owner of the business down (outside of Brandon) and ask that owner to unlock the phone. The family drove miles and miles tracking down what this store did. The other business had no idea they even managed the phone in question. It seems the staff at this store were not competent to do their jobs. Who will pay this family their gas $ back on a roundtrip out of town?

Went in last night to port my number over and the rep showed no interest in trying to get my business. We were trying to obtain and employee deal that a colleague of my wife got the day before and we had a flyer saying was still valid and she wouldn't look I to it. She said all that was available for epp was the same thing for regular consumers which I know is not accurate. She had a I don't want to help you" attitude the moment I walked into the store. Perhaps because it was 530 and she didn't want to potentially stay past her shift
