Ordered a dinner for 2a and the egg role had a piece of grey plastic that I bit into. I called hot wok and was only offered to have just the single egg roll replaced. As I paused for a moment, they proceeded to hang up on me. Very bad service and will not be buying here again.

Fast service. The food was average. The shrimps in the Shrimp Lo Mein were no more than 4. The seafood soup was ok. Crabmeat cheese wonton were really good as were the egg rolls.

We have always have had a great experience here! Food is decent, personally I would say their fried rice needs a lot more flavour and same goes for the noodles but the dumplings fried/steamed are delicous! I ALWAYS order them they are good. And same with the sesame chicken!! We alsolove the fact that they keep the place clea and the service is super fast. Most we have ever waited was 15 minutes and it was busy that day! It's amazing how fast they take out the food!

Ordered Cantonese Chow Mein and plain rice on the side. There was way to much sauce on the Cantonese and very little noodles. Rice was extremely starchy. I used to come here years ago. Unfortunately I don't think I will go again.

Ordered chicken fried rice, chicken lo mein, sweet and sour balls, fried dumplings, springs rolls and egg rolls. Everything was perfect and the portions were enormous. The noodles in the lo mein were so flavourful, and the batter on the sweet and sour balls was so fresh, you can tell they clean their oil frequently. The dumplings were huge, much larger than most places serve, with a generous filling. The rolls also deserve a mention as they were large in diameter and stuffed full of perfect combinations, also good dipped in the dumpling sauce or the sweet and sour sauce which was served hot (very nice also to dip your hot food in hot dip, opposed to cold like we are used to). Very fast and friendly delivery, will definitely be ordering again soon!

Ordered dinner today and my drink never arrived. I called the store to see if they can refund me or deliver me my drink and the lady on the phone told me I can grab a drink next time I get food from there. Let me tell you I'm never buying anything from there again. It's not the fact that they missed my drink rather than they didn't really seemed bothered by it. And the food wasn't the greatest either. Jumbo dragon on Ottawa St is way better btw

Sesame chicken was bad. Chicken was bad. Rice was dry and feels like it’s an overnight rice. Store ain’t clean either. Never again. Servers were nice

I recently went back to Hot Wok to revitalize my highschool obsession with this restaurant. After 15 years, it is STILL a bastion of consistently flavoured dishes, obscenely generous portions and very fast and friendly service as I remembered. If you aren't expecting fine dining, you will love this North-American inspired Chinese cuisine. It's no hotpot or Dim Sum, but if you are looking for fast and flavourful, this is it.

Such good food, generous portions too. I love their beef fried rice and they have a good selection of combination plates with generous servings. Its my new favorite Chinese food restaurant since my old favorite closed. The staff are very nice too. They also are on skip the dishes as well if you don't feel like going anywhere
