if i would have an option to give even more than 5 stars i would have choosen that for sure. I got my passport photograph done from here they were so kind and patient. two girls named Khushi & Jasleen assisted me through out the whole procedure. They both were very helpful and the owner of the store was also there… he is so kind and gentlemen. They all have plethora of information about the things they have in store. Before visting them, i read the reviews on google. After reading the bad reviews i thought of not going there but that was the only option for me to get guranteed passport pictures which was near to my home so i thought to give them a try. I was extremely satisfied with there service. I dont think so the people who are giving them a bad review they themselves have any knowledge about things they are getting done. There was a customer infront of me who was literally shouting at them because of some technical errors their priting machine was giving and i felt really bad for them. Like how come its there fault man?? its just a machine, you never know how when and why it went down.But honestly i loved their service and i will keep visting them for getting my things done.

Their printing, self serve machines are difficult to use especially when using the usb port to transfer of files. I could have had more choice in size selection, and it would have been less costly had I developed my pics with Google photos service, all in the comfort of my own home. Sure, it would have taken longer to receive, but even with the cost of shipping, I still would have saved money. I know better for next time.

Nice place to go and get your photo at very reasonable price. Its in shopping mall so you can spend your time so easily while waiting for your photo

Worst service!! Zero start!! Waited 1h to ge a poster print. After 50mins they're saying that they running out of paper!! Wasting of your time! Don't ever go there if you're in rush.. most of all they don't know what customer service is!! Really disappointed!!

They will only listen before you pay and after that guarantee rude service. I went for a PR photo and there's is visible shadow on the pic and the girl agreed to remove it before I pay. The photo requirements document from CIC clearly states, Taken with uniform lighting and not show shadows

Unnecessary wait, lack of info (was told they know something but they had no idea) and refused to comment on it and was rude when started conversation about it.All they had to do was correct the situation rather than running away from it. So make sure you have complete info yourself before getting anything done.

Avoid going here if you’re looking for passport photos. I had my photos taken here for US visa and the background was yellowish! When I submitted it to the embassy I was asked to retake the photo as it’s not according to US Visa standards. It’s a waste of time and money!! Highly not recommended & pointless

Love the customer service. Real helpful and straightforward with everything. Definitely recommend for all govt pictures, film cameras, frames & much more!

They will have just what you need. Printing pictures is automated from a kiosk, about .29 cents for the hour service. It doesn't actually take an hour unless you have a huge amount of photos. Custom items take a long time but that's just die to staff
