Absolutely can not fault the great british awning company. From the initial phone to discuss our options to the actual fitting the service was exceptional. Have recommended them to all our friends. The finishing was done to a very high standard and the workman ship was done to a very high quality. The installation was very simple and the workmen kept the area very clean and tidy. At a time when customer service seems to be non existent, I can't praise enough The Great British Awning Company. Amazing service with all promises kept!We had a problem on Easter Sunday and it was dealt with efficiently. They even have an answering service with a human!!!!

Found this company at the Hampton Court Garden Festival and they came round a couple of weeks later. They guided us gently to an awning that suited us best - we have never bought one before!. The fitting six weeks later could not have been simpler and we are really happy with the result. Thoroughly recommend them!

Saw them displaying at Hampton court flower show . Very quick follow up and visit. Surveyor came and measured and advised on best options . Ordered and the delivery date was as promised and communication great.The awning is very effective and exactly as shown and described. We are very pleased with the product and lovely to see a British company selling designing manufacturing and fitting. One minor blip was sorted straight away. We would recommend the Great British Awning Company.

Found this company exhibiting during a visit to a stately home. Was impressed by the quality of design and manufacture and invited them to quote. Installation was within the expected waiting time and completed to a high standard. A complication on the day was a missing end cap. This was rectified the same day and all work completed entirely satisfactorily. Long term reliability will be key, but I am confident in the light of the exceptional guarantee provided.
