Great co-working space!

This place went out of the business. Their website still shows that they are in business but do not get involved with their scam. The building is posted as For Lease" and no-one picks up the phone yet they still bill you for the service. Do not use them!"

I've known Jeff and his team at Seedworks since 2015. When I started my consulting business and needed an office, The Seedworks was just what I needed. A dedicated desk, WiFi and copy/printer access, meeting rooms and regular speaking events. Also appreciate the relationships continuing as my business continues to pivot.

I just had a very weird experience here. Electrical work is being done on my house so I booked a daily pass online and received a confirmation email. When I arrived and followed the directions to sign in I was told that they no longer offer day passes. They did say I could stay, and they took my credit card and license and photocopied it, which is not my favourite but fine. But then when I asked how to access the internet they looked at me like they’d never heard of it. They were riffling around, looking for a wifi password they couldn’t find, and finally I gave up and said I would work from a cafe instead. Mostly this seems to have been a misunderstanding but the internet thing really threw me for a loop. Isn’t that - the whole point?

It is a nicely done repurposing of an former industrial building into office and work space with green efforts even in the around.

Great office location, great space, reliable secure internet, and many professionals in the building which helps ensure confidentiality in the co-working space.
