I would give a zero rating if I could. they gave me a rediculously high quote but said if they didn't take as long they would reduce my charge....the job was small and they didn't reduce my rate. Guys linger and take their time as to get paid more.

Quite unprofessional. Sent them my address for pickup and someone (Chris) said he’d come to look at our place to get us a quote. I guess he didn’t even look up the address because he canceled pretty much last minute as it was far (understandable). We then agreed that it would be ok for me to send him photos of our home. I sent him photos and haven’t heard back since. Very weird to send photos of our home and get no answer.

Very expensive and they charge you from when they leave their business place and not when they arrive at your house.

Jason, Anfro, and Sean were excellent. They were efficient and were so accommodating. They were kind and patient and even moved several items to different locations in the apartment for my mum. I highly recommend them. They made the move less stressful for us.

Truck driver ran over my tree on my front lawn. Then started telling me to “calm down”. Then one guy gives me the middle finger and then gestures for me to “go away”. Guy keeps staring at me and giving the middle finger each time he sees me, with nasty looks. I hope he gets reprimanded and this guy is suppose to represent the company? Wouldn’t recommend this company if that’s how they respect their customers and the customer neighbours? Would give zero stars if I could. This truck is from Orangeville, Ontario and is truck number 1025.
