Ordered a quencher, more than half of cup is ice, like why bothering naming it a quencher when you just have to sell ice. Idk if its the standard or just this store. Its just a scam nowadays.

Great service this past weekend. I made an ordering mistake and they were very fast to correct the issue. Friendly service.As for the comments about bringing animals into the location...Animals need to stay outside of eating establishments. No questions....no signs...just common sense.

Ever since new management took over, service has declined. The garbage bins at the drive through lanes removed. Quality and service have dropped.

It used to be one of the nicest Timmie with great customer service and no errors.. But, it quickly plunged to one of the worst ones when the management changed.. Now wait time is double, no customer service, all recycle bins through the drive thru have been removed as if they’re against customers conveniently. I was a regular customer but not anymore.

13 people working yet took forever to place an order.When i asked for extra bacon on my sandwich she did not put extra bacon and told me it was.I corrected her and she apologized.So either the employees dont care about their job or they are trained to steal as much from customers as possible.TIM HORTONS OVERALL IS GOING DOWNHILL FASTTHIS HAPPENS ALL THE TIME

Terrible service, was just going in to grab a coffee and leave and a lady says you can't have your dog inside we will not serve you" there is no sign to say this

I absolutely love the Tim’s at Windward Drive, Grimsby. The staff is always smiling and ever friendly. We love stopping by on our evening walks for a coffee and small bite. The coffee is always fresh, and the food also so. Great service, happy faces and the amazing Tim’s coffee. :)

i’ve been going to this location for a long time and now they never have timbits ready, i’m disappointed because they always had them ready before. Now i can’t enjoy a 10 pack anymore.
