We had snow removal from Green Thumb in Russell, ON. Excessive amounts of gravel was blown onto the lawn. There was no care taken to minimize the amount of gravel that was dug up. The entire neighborhood was covered in gravel from this service.Their reply was As per our contract

We had Riley out in the spring to discuss if we needed to take down trees on our property line that our neighbour is concerned about. Riley said the trees looked healthy and that he'd send me an email to that affect, but he's now ghosted me and hasn't replied to any of my emails. We're now wondering if we should get an opinion from a more reliable company since they wouldn't acknowledge our emails.

Riley and his team are amazing. Would highly recommend them to anyone needing his services, they removed a tree from my front yard along with removing one off my parent's yard, they did an awesome job and cleaned up after. If you need a tree removed these are the guys you want doing it. I can't say enough about them. Great people...

Working with Green Thumb was a very positive experience. The team was very professional, courteous & quick. They were careful with items near the work area (e.g. BBQ, lawn furniture, spring plantings). After they had completed their work, the tidy-up was meticulous. Our experience could not have been better. We highly recommend.

I emailed this company on a Sunday afternoon. They responded Monday morning and were at my house on Monday evening to provide a free quote and details for the removal. Despite indicating that they were busy, they arrived 2 days later on the Thursday being able to fit me in between jobs and were done removing 2 trees with clean up in less than 1 hour. They were very professional and took care to minimize any damage or impact on my lawn/property. After it was all done, you wouldn't know that a tree was removed and put through a chipper. There was no mess whatsoever. 2 days after that they arrived to remove the stump which was done in the same manner - quick, clean and efficient.I highly recommend this company!! 5 stars!

We engaged Green Thumb to remove part of a tree this spring. Riley was responsive, helpful and courteous; the crew was highly professional and efficient. They came when they said they would, did the job quickly and effectively, and cleaned up properly afterwards. The price was also competitive. We'd happily use this company again in future.

Green Thumb came highly recommended from existing Sunset Flatters and boy are we ever happy with this recommendation. They are always on time, doing what they do diligently during the craziest of snowstorms. We currently have a back-fill driveway, so they made special consideration for this while clearing the snow.Let's talk about this added bonus that just sets them apart and the reason why I'm incredible compelled to share in my recommendation. After the municipal grader goes by (leaving the dreaded pile of snow at the foot of our driveway) they come BACK and clear that too!!! This is the icing on the cake. Snow removal client - we are thrilled with the service from Greenthumb. Their operators are really good, so the driveway is always well done. The office staff , Emily sends updates on the tractors arrivals, and the strategies they use to work with the local plows. This is our second winter with them, always happy with the service, never disappointed. Thanks for great service this season!
