It's with great pleasure that I share my experience with DRV, an RV repair service that truly went above and beyond. Steered by the dedicated couple, Derek and Kate, this family-run venture genuinely prioritizes their customers' needs.When I faced a problem with my trailer, I decided to email them. Much to my surprise, they responded on the very same day. What truly stood out to me was their effort in explaining the intricacies of my extended warranty, a level of service that is rarely seen.Coordinating a service appointment was a breeze, and despite the substantial distance from their Calgary area location to my seasonal site, they arrived precisely as scheduled. Derek, armed with years of experience, effectively addressed my trailer's issue. Meanwhile, Kate flawlessly managed the extended warranty and payment process, making it utterly seamless.The overall experience was swift, transparent, and even enjoyable, which is something that can be a rarity in today's customer service landscape. It's well past time for us to post a thank you & hearty recommendation for Derek & Katy at DRV.They just rescued us again, with a major repair that allowed us to continue on with a planned trip.It can't have been easy, but he not only found all the parts, but found the time to do the fix! (axles,bushings)In the 6 years that we have had our trailer we have received prompt & excellent service, includingmajor repairs after the big hailstorm. At that time Derek managed to get us back on the roadenough to enjoy the season, & then later on finished off so our trailer was as good as (better!)than new!We have had lots of good advice from Derek, & patient responses to our many questions. Today my son and I met Derek Ross! He literally raced back to work to help us with a very serious emergency with our RV. We had a severe and dangerous leak with our propane tank. It had been filled way beyond capacity and easily could have exploded. He figured out the issue instantly and did an amazing job to fix this for us.He was so kind, and so helpful I cannot even thank him enough. This was so serious and dangerous we had to notify police as the person filling tanks clearly had no idea what they were doing! I’ll start my review with stating that I’ve had issues with RV dealerships and the service they provide. They are often too busy and never truly get to the bottom of the issue. Forcing many of us to try and do as much maintenance on our RV’s that we can. But there is only so much we can do without the proper training and experience. So this time, after reading so many great reviews I decided to try and find one of the few mobile RV companies. DRV Mobile RV Services was highly regarded on Google. Derek and Katie are a local husband and wife team. Derek is a Red Seal RV technician with years of experience and Katie deals with the customer service side.We called DRV Mobile RV Services to have the bearings repacked on our travel trailer and investigate a warranty issue with our RV steps. Katie was extremely helpful setting up an appointment and working with the warranty provider to submit the claim. Katie also called the day in advance to confirm the appointment. Upon arrival Derek explained the work and listened to my other concerns. He was knowledgeable and took his time to explain some possible solutions to some of the issues I was having. He was fast and performed excellent work. These days it is hard to find a reliable and trustworthy place to have your RV repairs done. I am pleased that we have a mobile team like this in Calgary and would strongly recommend their services. Thanks again Derek and Katie for taking the time to make our RV safe for our family!

We were very impressed with our service from Derek. We had hit a post and ripped the back corner of the trailer. We took it to his shop in Strathmore. Derek’s cost was substantially less than insurance had quoted and he turned it around in 2 days. You can’t even tell that there was ever an issue.I wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again or to recommend him to anyone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

I am so happy. Finally a reputable competent profesional friendly business run by fantastic people after nothing but misery.I bought a trailer new from rangeland that was nothing but problems and disappointments, I took it down to the states on a 3.5month road trip and there were more problems and issues galore with MULTIPLE mobile and non mobile RV services to address issues, they were either disappointments and wouldn't touch details or wpuld be incompetent or they were pit right crooks and scams and caused more problems down the road with dangerous temporary solutions ( my winch electrical caught on fire for example)I just took my trailer out boon dock on some crown land and ... EVERYTHING worked and ran great and was reliableFINALLY I found DRV mobile serive and I won't be taking my trailer anywhere else from now of I can help it.I can not thank you enough. In a world full of people who are let downs, scammed and crooks you are truly a rarity!Rock on!!I'd give 10 stars if I could

Derek and Katie came to our rescue on our way out to Vancouver Island from Ontario. We developed hydraulic and electrical issues which prevented us from using our slides. No one would look at it for us until Derek squeezed us in. Derek and Katie obviously care about providing outstanding service and understand the needs of full time RVers. I can't express in words our gratitude. Derek has extensive knowledge of Class A diesel motorhomes and I would recommend him to anyone for repairs and service.

We first came to DRV mobile RV when we purchased a used motorhome and had Derek thoroughly inspect it. He gave us peace of mind that the purchase was more than sound. He went over everything with us and we had him fix the few things that needed it. Excellent service!!ThIs year Derek installed a complete solar system on our motorhome and we are thrilled with it and him. He patiently explained the whole system to us helping us to choose between two different systems that he gave us detailed quotes on. The service has simply been second to none. As we are new to RVing I have had many many many questions for Derek and he always takes the time to explain everything.

It was a great experience working with Derek, he was prompt and attentive. His high quality work and added info/tips that I wasn't previously aware of we're most appreciated.
