1. The cashier refused to give me a glass of water after my meal.2. The cashier also refused to provide the WIFI password of the Guest wifi.Will never visit this place again.

I never put reviews but I genuinely think it's the worst Boustan in town, and I never was disappointed by any Boustan after having spent literally thousands there over the years. I've wrote to the customer service but no one from the restaurant has taken the time to reply to me after such a bad service, which makes me even more bitter about this location.I came there to take my usual order although I never went to that location, I asked for two Boustan bowls without potatoes but extra chicken. The person who was serving clearly didn’t understood my request so I patiently repeated many times what I wanted. An other customer also intervened, not understanding what was confusing about my order. The employee finally asked me if I wanted 2 x 5$ dollars chickens extra or those at 12 dollars. I said 5$ each.At the cashier, I clearly was surprised about the price I was about to pay, I asked if the xtra chicken was 10$ for both as asked, he said yes and tells me to pay and will show me the receipt after. So I pay, and realize and the receipt that I paid for 2 x 11.99$ extra chicken. So of course, I said that I clearly asked to be charged for 5$ many times. I see the person looking at the cash, so I thought he was going to reimburse me for the difference I clearly didn’t wanted to pay, but he just proceeded to add more chicken in the bowls he already gave me, telling me « that now I’m saving money » when he basically just added few grams of chicken in the same bowl and when I spent more than what I wanted.I went back to my car, trying to not make a drama out of it, but looking inside my bowls, they were literally half full when, usually, they’re always generous with portions. I then decided to go back there to manifest my frustration to having a half bowl of salad and cabbage basically, so they proceeded to put more cabbage and salad. Coming back home, I realized that even the avocados were missing from the bowls, the employee didn't follow the recipe in front of her. So I basically ended up with a bowl of salad, and I paid way to much than planned.

Really impressed with this Boustan. Very clean, efficient and quick, nice looking inside, staff is friendly and efficient not stressful like other ones where it's just what's your order NEXT.I tried the saj chicken and I'm never going back it's delicious! The thin bread is lightly oiled ans crispy and light, the potatoes are also crispy I've never had them like this they're usually all soggy.

I like the sandwich it's crunchy and crispy on the grill. The garlic sauce was good. Just needs to be nicer with cashier staff.

The food and portion size here at this location is decent, however it's the service that really makes this place extremely disappointing and frustrating.Several weeks ago I went here to try picking up an order I placed on the Boustan site directly and when I arrived they said they didn't receive anything. When I explained that I ordered via the website, they immediately became more rude and said how their tablet wasn't working so they don't have anything. Fine, I get it can happen, but I absolutely HATED how they began accusing ME for failing to use something like Uber Eats instead, saying it's my fault and I was the one being an idiot here. Key points:1. There was no notice on the Boustan website that orders at that location were not working.2. Not even a single apology, instead they began insulting me.2. They had to grab my phone to see my order to even believe that I put something through.3. I gave them my phone and they STILL couldn't enter the exact same order I submitted and tried to charge me again for some drinks that went with the combo.Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely will not be going here again anytime soon.

Just ordered via Uber eats.I ordered two shawarma beef plates with tabula salad instead which is extra $They didn't add the tabula, and forgot to put hummus and garlic sauce.What is a shawarma with out the sauce? It's just sad.We were sad and disappointed.Otherwise it was fine like 6/10 . The beef was kinda dry. I prefer different locations.Pleaseeeeee try to get the order right for people, it's really disappointing when they expect something and don't get it.

Worst falafel I've ever had. If you want cold crumbling falafel in a grilled pita, this is the place for you. BTW the service was as cold as the falafel. I've had Boustan before (downtown) so my expectations were very high. I hope this new location gets their act together before it's too late...

Ordered a plate with chicken, when I got home and started to chow down I noticed the rice was very hard like little rocks. We called and went back. They took my whole plate away and offered me an order of rice as compensation. I told them I wanted a refund and for 10 minutes they basically ignored my request with side steps. A few other restaurant goers noticed and told us they won't be coming back because of how rudely they treated us. It was impossible to get the refund, they made me a new plate. I would highly recommend not going here and going anywhere else. If you want Boustan pick another location!!
