Good spot to pick up a car. Car was brand new and they even drove us to the airport after we dropped off.You can walk to this location from the airport if you're travelling light, it's not far.

Just rented from them last week. They were great. Friendly, good service and very accommodating. I’ll be renting from them again next time I go to Victoria.

Rented from the airport off site location about 4 times over the past 3 years. Always swift pick up and never any issues. After reading a few reviews of some of the on-site airport rentals I would say the few minutes spent waiting for a pick up is well worth it for the peace of mind. We show up with kids and bags and the whole circus and it still feels like a smooth process. Friendly, efficient and no surprise fees. Can't ask for better than that.

Staff are awesome. Very accommodating with pick up and drop off nearby. Location for us was great as we did not fly in and came in by ferry and we're staying nearby. Vehicle was less than ideal. Mazda 6, new model but higher than expected kms at 54k, slightly squeaky brakes and front rotors slightly warped, evident with pulsating pedal when braking a bit hard. Inside was was no where near as clean as I keep my vehicle with stains on a pillar and dust on dash. Also, a bit hard on gas. Outside was full of scratches and had a few dings. Car should be retired. End of world? No. Again, staff were great and easy going.

This place should move to the airport or close its doors. The shuttle does not start before 8am at earliest, if they get there on time. So any early flight, between 8am and 9am you must take a cab. Well just walk, the cab ain't coming and ain't even gonna talk to you that early in the morning. There was 2 partys people doing the same flight and we all walked to airport, about 2 kms. That would have been ok if we all had known there was no service at either enterprise or yellow cab. Not happening again.

Justin and the crew here are AMAZING! Easiest and most convenient car rental I’ve ever experienced. They picked us up at the airport, had everything organized when we arrived, in and out in 5 minutes. We didn’t like the car we had first, so they just swapped it, no hassle.When we returned, Justin drove us back to the airport in the same vehicle. Great customer service! Highly recommended!

Very good, well prepared VW Passat hired for two and a half weeks. Swift pickup service and then an easy drop off. Car was comfy, reliable and economical. Price was the cheapest we could find too. Helpful staff - called us a taxi after drop off so we could get to the ferry terminal quickly. All in all a positive experience and we would definitely look to use Enterprise again.

Best car rental experience I’ve ever had. Arrived at airport after our flight and called their shuttle line. Shuttle to car rental office arrived promptly and we made it there with our bags within minutes.We were in and out with our car within a few minutes as well once we arrived and signed paperwork. They didn’t try to upsell us in any pushy way. Car was clean and ready immediately. Tho they are a little away from the airport they offered a cab service for our drop off to the airport for the end of our trip (they do have a shuttle but we dropped off before they opened).This location took the stress out of our trip and I’d highly recommend renting from here.

I rarely leave reviews. These guys were so amazing, and were on top of making sure I got my car before they closed (my reservation was right at closing time), had everything ready even though I was early, and were super helpful when I needed to return the car later than originally scheduled.
