Loomis Express

I was nervous after reading some of the other reviews that the service was going to be terrible, but they must've just had bad drivers a couple months ago. I ordered a full set of tires from Edmonton to Lethbridge and they arrived the next business day, and the driver not only knocked on the door but even helped carry some of them inside. Deserved a positive in my opinion.

Only giving a 1* because you have to give something.Frustrating company to deal with ... go elsewhere if you can.Won't deliver to my house even though I live right on edge of town and all other couriers deliver and doesn't call to tell you that your package is there ... just expects you to know they aren't planning on delivering it.One time sent my package back to WalMart without even trying to call to let me know it was at their warehouse.Customer Service - 50 minutes on hold before getting an answer from some generic person who isn't from the area and can't tell me anything, and said she would look into it and call back ... so far have not received a call back.Tried the Online Chat and got no response on there.Only open until 4pm which makes rather difficult for some to get there for pickups.

If I could give a 0 I would of - seriously how is this place still in business. Open from 12-4, that is a joke to begin with. Then I have a delivery to be shipped there and they tried to deliver it there at 1:30 and no one is there. Please do us all a favour and close your doors permanently - there is a reason your reviews are horrible.

Didn't even bother trying to get my package to me. They returned it to sender as soon as it arrived at their depot. Their website says that they 'hand packages off to Canada Post for final delivery to PO Boxes.Apparently the Lethbridge depot didn't get this memo. I would have picked the package up at the depot if given the opportunity. How this company stays in business is beyond me"

They attempted to deliver my package twice. I was home on both occasions and was surprised to find the notes on my door.When I went to pick up my package during their office hours they were closed. I arrived at 2:50 and they close at 4.I called the customer service people outside the building trying to see if I could get someone to come or have my package redelivered, but they said that they couldn’t find it.So now my 200 dollar purchase is just missing?I’ll try to go again tomorrow. Fingers crossed they’re open during business hours.

Sending a text that they try to deliver my package and nobody's home. But the thing is I was home waiting for them. They don't even knock our door. Maybe the driver is lazy just send a txt saying that they delivered but they don't.

Absolutely some of the worst customer service I’ve encountered in a long time. On hold for over 20 minutes and counting with their system and still waiting for someone to answer the phone. The tracking system online knows my piece was picked up at the shipper but now it’s lost and they won’t answer the phone or the online chat to help figure out where it is. Use anyone else if you can.The drivers are extremely friendly and wish they could help more.

*Edited Review - I initially reviewed at 1 Star. I was frustrated that my package had not arrived as expected, due to Incorrect Address". The package then disappeared for 3 days. Frustration + Anger and Anxiety that perhaps my expensive packages were gone forever prompted my review

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE OF AN EXPRESS DELIVERY SAYING ITS A HEADACHE FREE AND EASY DELIVER. YA RIGHT THEY ARE THE WORST EVER!!!!! STILL HAVE NOT GOT ANYTHING AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER SHE WAS JUST AS RUDE AS HER DRIVERS. ALSO THE DRIVERS TALK TO THERE FRIENDS AND FAMILY WHILE WORKING AND THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Poor delivery, supposed to have package Friday, parcel leaves Monday form lethbridge Loomis and vanishes. Should have only been and hour drive. Hard when I'm working on a time crunch needing bearring to fix feed truck to feed horses and cows and these poor delivery companies can't hold up to deadlines. Called customer support and they can't tell me anything that I don't already know.
