I cannot recommend Carly enough. I was expecting the process of selling my house to be far more stressful than it was. She has an incredible way of building trust and making sure her clients feel like they are in the driver's seat. I never felt pressured or stressed about the process at all. I felt very confident that I could just focus on moving and getting my house ready - she made everything else feel incredibly simple.What's more, she kept me on track and focusing on the priorities. I really wanted everything to be perfect and she sat down with me and helped me work out the high impact items, providing information about market trends and timing so that I could make informed choices about how I was spending my energy. She was spot on about all of it.Most importantly - while having someone on your team who helps reduce the stress is amazing, she is also a phenomenal marketing strategist. Similar homes were sitting empty, my place sold in 2 weeks (for the price I wanted!).

I've known Carly in a professional capacity for over a decade, but buying our home was the first time I was her client.We were moving from the mainland, had barely even visited Nanaimo, and she made buying our home as comfortable a process as could be.
