Super helpful and amazing customer service!Needed some foot pads for a wheel chair we had that was missing them, and Wayne went above and beyond to find ones that fit it! He even dropped them off at our house as he was in the area! Couldn’t beat the price either!For all your wheelchair needs definitely ask for Wayne at Motion!Super satisfied and would highly recommend!

My 24 year old scooter has gone through myriad adaptations through the years. Thanks to Eric at Sarnia's Motion, my scooter is rewired and adapted to a new trickle charger that will hopefully last another 24 years (should I live so long!) Thank you for your amazing help, special care and service.

They where to get me a wheel chair for over a week now ! Still no chair ! They don't return your calls . I got a broken hip ! I got appointments I have to get to! They don't care about you! They don't care about customer service..I would look elsewhere. I called several times . And still no help so beware

I had to find a lift chair to replace a broken one that my Dad was dependent on in Long Term Care. Monique helped me find the right chair for him based on his measurements. She understood the urgency of the situation and changed the delivery schedule by several days to get my Dad the chair as soon as possible. She was very helpful and professional. I would really like to thank Monique for the great service!

We recently rented a wheel chair from Motion for a short term health problem. The service we received was excellent. Deb was very helpful and friendly, she was able to connect us right away with the most suitable product for our needs. The wheelchair was very comfortable, excellent condition, and easy to maneuver or several types of terrain. We highly recommend Motion for their excellent customer service!

My husband suffered a catastrophic brain injury in 2011. He was in hospital for 15 months both London and Sarnia. Through the years I have had to deal with many different companies. Due to lack of government help for my husband, I have had to depend on someone who understands my needs and caring with many issues with products I need .He is on a feeding tube again due to a medical issue, all I need to do is call and Jillian and her staff are there for me, even if I can't speak directly and have to leave a message. The feed pump I had suddenly quit. I purchased it years ago privately, yet they were right there with a loner are are being very patient with the dealing of ADP. DEFINITELY a place I'd recommend.GoDEFINATELY
