Went drive through and ordered two spicy chicken burgers and a poutine. The burgers were so extremely dry and hard I had to throw them out. They obviously sat way to long in the holding warmer. The poutine was hot and the only edible item. This burger used to be good but now it's just thin and hard

Got 3 baconators a week ago and all of them had no taste. It was so bad that the bacon and beef and the bun all tasted the same and tasteless. It makes me think they use old oil to fry everything. I can tell by how slow the staff was there has to be bad management and I'm not surprised by the way the worked that they would be lazy enough to use the same oil. Such a waste of time and money. Next time imma be asking for a refund and I can tell by those working there they wouldnt know that according to Canadian standards they have to give a refund if a customer asks for it.

Close to home and I have been coming here for years. However, the poutine is consistently cold. The cheese curds are never warm and fresh, so how can a poutine be enjoyed?The Spicy chicken was noticeably smaller, although more spicy but not red like it use to be (colour wise). Not the same quality that Wendy's usually has, sadly. Disappointing.

Worst Wendy's experience. ALL the staff, slow as can be, no one speaking English, no hussle, took 5 min before the manager looked up and said wait, I'll be with you shortly. No napkins available, no where to put the garbage, all the bins were full, trays piled up on tables and garbage bins. Plenty of staff around but not one of them would do anything. Until Wendy's starts hiring staff that know what they're doing, can communicate in English, and show any kind of attention to customers, I'm boycotting Wendy's.

I was in recently and was having a bit of a difficult time with using the Wendy’s app for their breakfast order.Simran, the manager was very helpful and patient and she deserves kudos and should be treated as a valuable employee!Very convenient location and friendly service. Please be kind to the staff here - they always go the extra mile for n my experience!

The food is cold as it is stale was so disgusting. I ordered this for my 3 year old kid as you guys can see the condition of anyone will eat this thy will definitely get sick. I really want to complain about this to food safety as the manager didn’t listen to me when I talked her about this even I told her I can send you the pic n she was like I don’t wanna see that also they missed my frosty. This store is so disgusting will never ever order from here again n also not referring to anyone.

Food is always Fresh and drive thru is much faster. Most of the staff is friendly.Update:-Never had any issues until last week. Ordered a large fries and got a half full bag. Fries werent fresh even when i asked for it, tasted like they were reheated. Chicken patty tasted stale and was cold. Very unsatisfactory service.

Please please please explain why you served cold burgers! I keep forgetting and keep coming back thinking I’m going to love it and every time I have to throw away my meal. If the cheese is not melted don’t serve your customer. Your food is always cold and I’m sick of it. You guys used to be great and now your quality is minus stars. Your quality of food has gone downhill over the years. I really hope the owner reads this. I tried eating it and it taste like leftovers from the fridge. Not nice :(

Honestly I've made the same order at multiple Wendy's. Most of them just slap the meat bun and toppings together, but at this Wendy's they actually prepare it so well it looks at good as the photos they use. Someone actually take some care and pride in their work. KUDOS to the staff who prepared the food and to also the darker, larger Indian girl at the drive-thru for her patience and customer service.. I give you all 5 stars!!

My first experience here earned them 5 stars. Unfortunately, they can not live up to that or anything close. They missed items on an order, and refused to help at all unless I drove all the way back. All I wanted was a refund for my missing items.
