We were having heating problems and we live in the same area so I see his truck all the time and I thought I'd give him a call. He had already packed it in for the day (and it was a Friday night) but he said he'd be right over and he was here in 10 minutes. Our board had failed so he replaced it and tested it out a few times and it was working great.A few hours later it stopped working again and he left a part he was at in Calgary and drove an hour back to fix the problem for us! It turns out our Nest thermostat was causing most of the issues and had caused the board to fail. AND since he guarantees his work he didn't charge us for the second visit!I would absolutely recommend him to anyone having heating or cooling problems.
