As much stress as I had getting my car + being without a car for a while. Paul was an extremely kind and helpful salesman. He tried his best and wanted to see me get to where I needed to be. Finding a salesperson and finance manager you can trust and who you believe is acting in your best interest can be challenging and stressful when buying a car. Paul did a fantastic job assisting me in locating the ideal vehicle for me. Ana was exceptional in getting me the best finance possible. They were understanding, enlightening, and assisted me in selecting the best buy and program in a limited time. Working with them was very easy for me. I was looking for a new vehicle and also to trade mine in. I was directed to salesman Paul to look after me. I was very impressedWith how polite he was and was never pushy in trying to get a sale. From the first day to the pick up day of my vehicle , Paul made sure to update us to the delivery date as it was delayed several times. This was not any control of his just in the shipping process. I would recommend him any time for his great customer service.

I was needing a new vehicle and had been to numerous dealerships all over the city, by the last day I was feeling overwhelmed and tired of the process but when I arrived at the Southside Hyundai I was properly taken care of. Paul made the process so simple yet supportive from the introduction, to the test drive, to the offer and was personable and funny which was a breath of fresh air. I have an always had great experiences with dealerships in the past but this one turned me around had my 2013 veloster at another mechanic that kept it for 2 1/2 weeks and couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Had it towed to the Hyundai dealership and they called me within a day on exactly what was wrong and how they were going to fix it. Bernard was the kindest and most professional service technician I’ve ever dealt with. He is an absolute gem to your organization. Thank you for the great service and happy to have my car back. .

I recently purchased a new Santa Fe from Paul MacKenzie of Southtown Hyundai, Edmonton. I can easily say that Paul has been the best car salesman I have worked with.As the early process of purchasing a new car began with Paul, I can say that he was not at all pushy on getting a sale completed. A HUGE plus, in my eyes! He gave as much information as I needed (Paul is highly knowledgeable about Hyundai vehicles) and then let me know that when I was ready, we could begin selecting a vehicle that was suited to my needs. As such, he was then committed to working for me and a deal that worked well for my budget and driving needs.Paul is incredibly personable and worked hard to get me in my new car which, I am truly satisfied with. Bought my 23 Palisade Urban 7 Seats here. The overall experience was good. Audi is a decent salesperson with great knowledge about the vehicle features. Responded to my questions very fast.Also had my mud guards installed by the service dept. Eric was taking care of the service and arranged the shuffle. Quite nice experience.
