zero level customer service. today i call marshall auto wrechers because i need windshield wiper arm . but a guy who pick the call . he rudely behave with me . zero level . if you guys open the marshall auto for insulting the peoples . just close the store . if you guys not want to give the services .

I went into Marshall's and a kind and wonderful fellow John assisted me.I was in need of a window crank for my 97 Honda.He picked out a couple random cranks, came to my car, found one that fit, and put it on for me. Best customer service and friendly!

Good day.I'm a a first time purchaser of Marshall's & I read mixed review's before I delt with them.First off I'd like to address the staff. Tyrell was extremely helpful, knowledgeable & great to deal with. The cleaning personnel are doing an excellent job around there as well.The item's I purchased were in ideal condition & ready to go when I arrived. Thanks Tyrell & team for that.Secondly there were posted comments about the air quality (ie. a fragrance to the place). There may have been a hint" of odor in the air but the cleaning personnel were working diligently to keep the environment clean. It was more then I would expect & in my opinion they're doing the best they can in these times.I will keep these guy's in mind for future purchases.Thanks again & take care.Kiefer"

The place might stink to some, but the customer service and the pricing is incredible. Dealt with these guys lots and they are NOT scammers! I’ve never had a bad experience at Marshall’s however I’ve had dozens of problems at airport pick a part.

Was told that the part I purchased was tested and good. After installing it found that it actually didn’t work and they wouldn’t take it back. Wouldn’t recommend purchasing anything electronic from these guys. Also their return policy is an absolute joke. There’s better wreckers out there to support.

1 star is 1 too many. The manager Eddie, told me that they would hold a transmission assembly for me. We agreed on everything, he told me he would have to weigh it (for freight cost) and would call me back in 30 mins. Never got a call back. Called them back after 2 hours, the guy tell me he has had a hectic day (couldn't even go for lunch) and would call me back in an hour or so, and that not to worry the transmission is mine and it is on hold for me. NO CALL! Call him back after 3 days due to weekend and was under the impression that they are super busy, but hey the manager told me that it is on hold, I should be good right. WRONG!!! When I called him he tell me that the transmission assembly is sold to someone else, and hung up on me. Wasted my time and my mechanic's time. Horrible customer service. Would never do business with them.

I agree with the other honest reviews. The place stinks. Customer service is horrible: They have rude and condescending staff. And it's truly puzzling why they don't return phone calls. It's like you almost have to be persistent to do business with them. I spoke to a buddy the other day about them and he shared similar experiences.Bazaar!I notice in the reviews they keep saying they will improve. Really, when, what year? Or maybe it depends on who you deal with there, how well things will go for you. So, of the whole lot, who's the one to deal with?.
