An exceptional location for excellent dental care. Every staff member is pleasant and accommodating and the dentists are patient, informative and approachable while remaining professional at all times. I have been a patient at this practice since it first opened and have no plans to look elsewhere.

I’m Fully vaccinated , only person in the waiting room, receptionist behind a glass wall while being masked told me I’d have to wait outside for my appointment. Forced to wear a mask in waiting room by myself or refused to be seen… Thursday June 23rd 2022. Mask mandates lifted couple weeks ago. Appointment was canceled. Never received any call from anyone after. Did not feel welcomed. I have been coming here for years and through out Covid. I drive in from Strathroy to see this dentist. Not anymore.

The staff here are amazing!I'm not exaggerating when I say the doctor here was the nicest dentist I've ever had! She was very thorough, friendly and the service was great.

In response to the one star review given to this office, the person that gave the one star review, was not aware that the covid guidance from the RCDSO, required masking for patients up until June 29, 2022, not as the person had stated. Dental offices were still required to do this longer than other institutions. People should ask questions and facts before becoming upset and giving unfair reviews to hard working health care providers and staff.

I am new to London and this is the first time I go into a dental centre in this city. I have called a few dental centres but they are all reluctant to take up new clients. Until I found this centre. The receptionist is so nice and really patient to answer all my naive questions as I have no idea how insurance claim and dental services work here. The centre is cozy and comfortable. I bring my boy for service and they clearly explain to me my son's conditions. The treatment room is tidy and professional. I have my appointment together with my daughter tomorrow and we are looking forward for these. Thanks.
