I’m not a client of this pharmacy but my ailing sister is. I am very impressed with the attention the pharmacist pays to her meds and alerts me if there are discrepancies or concerns. There have been several occasions when issues would have gone unnoticed if not for the care he takes in dispensing her prescriptions. Debra also is very friendly and helpful whenever I’ve had to call with a question. I have read some of the other negative reviews and can attest that this has not been my experience! Excellent work Aran. Thank you.

The pharmacist on February 9th was over the top helpful and kind to me when I inquired about questions on the Covid-19 rapid test. I work at a store in the same parking lot and had little time left on my break. I wish I looked at your name tag, but I was in a rush. Thank you for everything today. Your customer service was outstanding!

This is the worst and most untrustworthy pharmacy I’ve ever encountered as they have an excuse for everything ! I was completely out of the medication I take daily, the Dr. faxed in the script at 9:23 am, yet I was informed they didn’t receive it until later that day. A copy of the fax stated received at 9:23 am. I was out of my meds for almost 2 days. Stay far away, this is no way to operate a pharmacy.

This pharmacy has messed up my prescriptions at least three to four times. they've never heard of using a telephone to call you immediately with the problem they wait 3 or 4 days until you're low on meds. our family will be switching to a different pharmacy that might be a little more professional.

At one point it was a well-run pharmacy. In the last year it become beyond frustrating to deal with even before the pandemic issues. Mixed up prescriptions, calls for pickup only to be told it wasn’t available etc. Many times they were asked just to check for the product physically after they couldn’t find it in the system. On three separate occasions that if how the product was found. There needs to be some common put back in that pharmacy.

One of the worst pharmacists ive ever seen, so unhelpful and doesnt really care . I wen to get a prescription and it took 3 days and in end they mixed up the dosages for my kids . Definitely avoid this place

I went to the pharmacy to ask some questions regarding the Covid vaccine and the woman was really rude, I felt I was bothering her. I asked her what are the steps and she say to call next week because they don’t have any. She was giving me short answers like she didn’t wanted to talk to me.This is really unfortunate because the other associates who work there have been always really helpful and explained everything making sure you understand.This makes me really upset and I might not ever go back even though it’s the closest one from home.
