My partner and I were looking for a property that we could use for income until we were ready to move in. We looked and got what we wanted! I have worked with real estate agents before but this was my first time working with Stephen. He was above par. The knowledge, experience and patience he provided in his service was stellar. Stephen and his team are professional, organized and most importantly proactive. I went with their services to have a condo rented out and worked directly with Stephen and Imai. The experience was great from signing the realtor agreement, adopting my feedback for the property listing, screening out top applicants, providing honest opinions regarding applicants, calling references and managing back and forth discussion with other realtors to finalizing an agreement to lease. Stephen was happy to address any of my questions/concerns and had many useful suggestions to give me better confidence in accepting an application. Stephen is the best realtor I’ve worked with. He is honest and will always look out for your best interests. I have been working with him for over 4 years now and there were multiple times when he stopped me from purchasing a house because he spotted things that weren’t in my best interests. That’s how I know I can trust him. Most realtors push you into buying. Stephen is the opposite and stops you from buying something you will regret.
