Such a rude and standoffish encounter with the owner Louis, it was my first time ever visiting the place, and I will NEVER go back! Louis came out to see me after 3 mins of me standing alone in the office, as I'd brought a large cover for him to fix and didnt say hello" or "how can I help you"

Excellent workmanship! Louie made my boat cover 4yrs ago. Never had any issues. I accidentally ripped my cover last week. Brought it back to Louie and he did a great job repairing it for me.

Their work is usually reliable but the prices keep going up. In one year they increased the prices by 39% on a repair. Highly outrageous! Instead of having a realistic increase I had to endure the reasons of a minimum wage increase and an extra statutory holiday. Just be FAIR!! NOT unreasonable!

Awning turned out perfect but I had to argue with the owner and his staff that he had the hanging hardware in his possession. Finally after digging through some stuff they were able to find the poles that I had left with him. A+ on craftsmanship, F on customer service.

Original quote was to replace seat cover at approx $200. With a naughehide replacement and stitched. Went to pick up and only restitched, with taxes $237. Claims he never said he would replace the seat.. I think he's losing it.Very disappointed,, and feel I was taken. If you get something done you'd better be sure it's written in detail.. Didn't live up to his original quote!! Sad !!

160% of original cost estimate. Do not recommend, very unprofessional (see details of experience below from email excerpt).Good morning,I recently had some work performed by your team on a pool cover. The requested repairs on the cover were all paint marked by me (see previous email history & attachments) which totaled to 13 areas requested for repair. 12 of these areas were pinholes requiring basic patching to repair. The other area was a tear 3 inches long. The initial estimate provided by your team was $260.When i arrived to pick up the completed cover the cost jumped to $416.10. The owner claimed that the extra cost was due to additional work that was added that i did not originally identify for repair. I made the payment of $416.10 assuming that there would be significant repairs beyond the original estimate & beyond what I identified. The next day when i examined my pool cover i was surprised to see that there was only two additional areas patched/repaired and one area that i identified with paint NOT repaired. Based off the original estimate of $260 for 13 areas to repair equates to $20 per area. If two (2) additional areas are added to the repairs but one (1) forgotten this would equate to one (1) extra area for repair equating to an extra $20 beyond the estimated quote. Instead of this logical increase in costs the extra work was an additional $156.10. This is 160% or 1.6X the original quote. If extra work is 160% the estimate i would have expected a phone call before the additional work was performed to obtain my consent. Instead i received NO call or notification. In fact when i called to pick up the completed cover there was no mention that that cost was higher & instead i was told that the estimate was still $260. When i arrived to pick up the cover 30min after that phone call i was surprised to see that the cost was increased to $416.10. As i mentioned earlier in this email i accepted the cost increase at that time under the assumption that SIGNIFICANT additional repairs were made to the cover.

Similar to the other review done by a customer that does not share the same last name as the owner.... I will not be using this company again. Do not use them unless you get a firm estimate prior to kicking them off.I had them resew approx 50’ of zipper on a boat winter cover, other than thread there was no material cost. They would not give an estimate prior or even a ballpark number. They wouldn’t even estimate a couple hours before picking up the finished job. I was very shocked to find out the cost when I arrived was $550...The entire cover cost me $800 (used). If I had any idea it would be that much I would have never kicked them off. They indicated that the job took 5 hours so guess their labour rate is close to $100/hour..I made it pretty clear that I was shocked at the cost and that they should provide customers some type of warning. Unfortunately my only recourse was to pay the full amount, they had no interest in any negotiations. Obviously not interested in returning customers.I haven’t even looked at the top to grade the workmanship, but I’m Disappointed.
