Night Owl Grocery and Confectionery (Gas Plus)

Love love night owl, always did. Always went there since I was a kid good customer service, lovely workers. Always make me laugh when I need it. All these bad reviews are lies. If u Made a bad review you have to be a better person, great people the way u want to be treated.

Always open when you need a store to be open. Good people and service.

Poor customer service cant buy an item and get Chane for $20 pretty said knowing how much business comss in there and cant get something and get a little change

Went back for the first time in a while friendly staff fairly clean but in the corner by the drinks I could smell raw sewage. Don't want to leave a low review because I don't know if it's there fault.

The staff are helpfull and happy....known them for 26 years

Ok so this store has the cheapest gas on Sundays. They are always very busy and when I pulled up to pump my gas I was at half a tank so I assumed it might just take $60 worth. Before I started pumping my gas one of the workers came up to me asking if he should change it to 1.56 instead of 1.55, of course I told him no and that the sign said the price was 1.55. So he went inside after he told me to wait a minute, then he told me to start pumping. To my surprise the gas came to $97!!! How!??? I'm so angry I feel as though as I was totally ripped off by these scam artists. Do not trust them! I'm sticking to CoOp from now on!

Very poor customer service. I was filling gas at 5:30am and I answered a phone call and the guy from the till comes running up to to me as if he is going to punch me he says “ no talking on the phone, next time I see your lips moving I’m going to shut the pump and if this is case you can go somewhere else”. Like WOW! Is that how you deal with your customers. I did a mistake I agree but there are kinder ways to say things. This is the only gas station in Saskatoon that says no talking on the phone at the gas station so I was not aware of that, my mistake but still

Not a bad little store. Gas pumps reek of fuel, tho. Somebody needs to wash these down once and awhile! Like maybe nightly, when it's dead in there? Your hands always smell after fueling up...it's gross!
