OK Tire

We were visiting from Alberta and arrived to Osoyoos on Thursday, noticing issues with our car. So we called on Friday to see if we could get in before we left on Tuesday. They said no availability until Wednesday, but then I explained that we aren’t locals and from Alberta, they managed to squeeze us in between appointments on Monday morning, and fixed it quickly for us! Bonus, it was a lot cheaper than we anticipated! Would definitely recommend them and use them again!

I called asking for a wheel alignment, but the rep advised that the issues I was having wouldn't be solved by an alignment, and is most likely a balancing issue, which is 1/10th the cost to fix. Really appreciate that they care about helping customers save money.

More or less without appointment my punched tire, 3 inch screw, was repaired within 30 min. Neil did a miracle, because the screw sat at the edge (flank) of the tire. Price surprisingly low. Friendly service also from the office staff. If you have a tire problem, see them.Not to forgeet that Markus from Summit RV Resort recommanded this shop

Took time to quickly fix and mount our spare after a flat. Fast and polite, not much more you can ask for.

Our starter in our vehicle failed and left us stranded at a local motel in Osoyoos on Easter Sunday. The manager at our motel suggested OK Tire, as he had positive experiences in the past. I walked into OK Tire first thing Monday morning and explained our predicament. I was greeted by friendly,understanding staff. They were busy, but said if I could get the vehicle towed over, they would fit me in, as they had a quieter day on Thursday. I explained to Neil, the mechanic, that I have tracked down a new starter at a local automotive supply dealer. He did some checking and found one that he thought was of higher quality and ordered that one. Before I left they gave me the name and number of a local tow operator. I called and they had the car towed over within an hour. Later that afternoon I went back to OK Tire to insure they had my contact information. To my surprise, Neil said they were just waiting for a part,and they would try and have the repair done by the end of day. Sure enough, we got a call a little later that our car was ready to be picked up. The whole experience at OK Tire was beyond expectation. I highly recommend OK Tire Osoyoos!

Really disapointing service. I called to get a quote on tires and the receptionist I spoke to came across really condescending and disrespectful. I explained that I wanted touring tires specifically. She said that touring" was only part of the brand name and not an actual type of tire. She kept suggesting that I didn't know what I wanted and that I had been mislead by speaking with others about what tires I was wanting to get. She then went on to explain what the snowflake meant on a tire which had absolutey nothing to do with what I was wanting a quote for. It was so insulting and offensive. Why would I want to give you my business after being treated like that? How would I know that I was getting the best service or if the work would be done just as thoughtlessly? I often like giving business to small business' or in small towns but this is a big PASS for me."

Wanted to book in a boat trailer one week in advance. Told don't have room? Said no boat on it and could drop off. Still no room. Then we're too busy . Then told it's the end of the season...said go somewhere else. Honestly.... after that I ran as fast as I could to Oliver.... done no problem.Permanently off my list.

Amazing team! Can’t believe we lucked out going there and would recommend Neil to anyone. We were on our way back to Vancouver when we got a puncture coming down Anarchist. Made it to OK tire, they promptly took a look and realized it wasn’t repairable. Put on our spare and helped us locate a replacement tire. Will forever be grateful and support them when we are in the area. Thank you!

I usually don't post reviews, but had to due to this shop and owner being absolutely amazing!!! We drove to osoyoos from kelowna, made it to town when our car broke down. We managed to pull into OK tire's parking lot on Saturday and left car as it wasn't running until Monday when they opened. We were told they were booked up but they would have a look at it when they could. They called us back on Monday that they knew what the issue was but that it could be a week before they could get parts and the work done. But then on Tuesday we received a call that the car was ready. When we picked the car up it was quite a bit less then we were quoted. This shop is amazing and I would recommend them to anyone!!!They actually care about their customers and the service they provide!!
