Saw the good reviews on Google and decided to call and book our 2 year old Poodle D. Called and waited days for an answer. Seems like all these positive reviews are from friends and family of the owner or the few people with a good experience. I spoke to someone else who had the same issue. When I got a response they were rude and told me to go on my way basically because they couldn't handle a complaint? I wasn't rude either. Poor customer response and don't acknowledge and solve their issues. Owner puts blame on the customer for an issue that is their own. I'd steer away from this place. Negative vibes and don't treat people respectfully.

It was my first time taking my fur babies. My long time groomer had moved and I wasn't sure how my girls would react. I can say without a doubt they are two amazing ladies. My girls loved them, they looked beautiful and I would highly recommend them. Thank you for loving my fur babies like they were your own.

I wouldn't trust any other groomer with my fur baby! Debbie is professional and provides exceptional service. She provides a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. My pup always looks top-notch every time!

Tommy and Daisy love Debra. She does an amazing job on the 2 of them. Both my little guys are yorkies and after Debra grooms them they are just the cutest. Debra loves animals and enjoying spending time with them. I highly recommend Cuts N Cuddles.
