My name is Tony and if you want to eat a great burger, this is the place to go. You will not be disappointed. The staff are very nice people who care about the customers and the food they prepare. I am glad there is a place where you can still have a great burger.

Ordered a big order for pick up and they were ready in 15 minutes! The staff were very nice, and I had everything I ordered. You can never go wrong with a California Classic; the bun is like a grilled cheese sandwich so its nice and buttery. The package for fries might look standard, but its actually A LOT of fries and their gravy was delicious!

Polite, helpful Service. Delicious burgers, adjusting to special wishes. The staff is double checking the order to make sure it is how I wanted, I'm very appreciating that. I saw her doing that with every customer, too.Recommended

Great customer service , very efficient in preparation . Closes at 11:00 pm . Poutin is really well made but it’s a little bit on the saltier side which is okay. The food is really well packaged they use some cardboard it may be biodegradable not sure , it’s better then plastic containers . Overall Menu is simple with many toppings to choose from . The facility is well maintained . Great spot if you are looking for high quality fast food . Good job .

This place makes the best burgers, no kidding! And the staff was amazing. So friendly and kind. Amazing customer service! They always get my order right too. The manager in particular is Soo professional and friendly. She is awesome and deserves a raise!!!!

Headed over to Queen Street location craving a good burger. I’ve visited this location several times but I’ll think twice before spending $25 for a burger fries and shake there (plus 18% tip ) again. Here’s why- ordered at 7:53 pm told order would be 10 minutes arrived 20 minutes later- you’re forced to wait on crowded sidewalk- noticed my shake was missing, staff apologized and returned with shake. No straws so staff left with my shake to find straws, returned 8 minutes later with a straw (she travelled down the street to their storage room ) but my shake disappeared. Waited another 4 minutes for shake. Noticed no ketchup with fries- was quickly provided. Finally sat down on concrete divider on sidewalk(no seating area) to a totally stone cold burger and fries.The shake was good. While staff were polite I felt totally robbed of my hard earned money and regretted not just going to Harvey’s across the street. There was definitely nothing special about this burger experience to justify the premium price or service experience.
