Worst courier company ever. I call them and they immediately hang up on me. I do the inquire thing on the website, I never get a response. They put an estimated delivery date, and never updated it, even though my package has not even come yet. Also they lie about their hours. Their so called representatives" that will contact you soon

My experience for home delivery was absolutely terrible with TForce Couriers (formerly known as Dynamex).- Ordered IKEA furniture which had a delivery date of July 1st between 9am and 9pm. Waited all day and it never came.- Nobody could confirm with me when the new delivery date would be.- I only found out that the delivery date was now going to be July 4th because I checked their website. I was never notified by anyone directly.- I was told that once they processed the package I would be called to schedule a delivery time.- I was never called to schedule a delivery time and was instead called by the delivery driver that he would be at my house in seven minutes! I was at work and needed more time.- Delivery driver told me he would give me a half hour so I left work early to rush home to be ready for the delivery drive and he ended up taking an hour anyways!I can’t believe I had to pay $200 for the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. With all the technology available to us that has simplified these types of experiences you would think a delivery company and IKEA should know how to schedule deliveries. I can’t believe this is the level of customer service that IKEA is comfortable with.

Called their physical store to figure out the ikea pickup point stuff. At first they said no, we aren't a pickup store. They were rude, unhelpful. They claimed my order had been cancelled, which it had not. I asked for more info and they just said it's been cancelled" and that's it.Update: Did eventually figure it out and it was clearly them being wrong.That said

Absolutely disgusting behaviour. Told me they didn’t receive it when my app said they did, they gaslit me, told me that I should contact the shipper. HECK NO!!! Where is my package tforce??? Someone in your company has it and I want it back!!!

I have had no issues with Dynamex. I like the fact they deliver 7 days a week. They've always delivered promptly and contacted by phone if I was not home. I find they are way better than Purolator who says they come to my house and I'm not home which is untrue as I have been home waiting specifically for the parcel. I'm very happy with their service! TForce, also known as Dynamex, is probably the most inefficient, incapable, and unhelpful courier service I have ever encountered. They do not come during the hours you're available, they do not attempt to call or leave any sticky notes with further instructions, and they do not even extend to you the option of picking up your own package after doing all of the above. They have failed to deliver a simple package, a book; the simple fact is if it was delivered by Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator I would currently have my book.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

This company is a complete joke. Unlike FedEx, UPS, USPS, Dhl, Purolator and Canada Post, TForce won’t allow receivers to pick up. You will also never receive a notice slip of any kind stating a delivery attempt was made. Call them to request a pickup and they’ll say no as Covid guidelines restricts them from allowing this. There are no Covid guidelines in place anymore restricting a person from picking up their package. Unfortunately my apartment has zero access to it by non-tenants as our buzzer is out of commission at the moment. I work all day so of course I’m not home to run down to receive my package.I’ve called and called spoke with about 4-5 different representatives to arrange for my package to be delivered on a timely manner as I leave the country in a few days. Even suggested for them to deliver it to my work. First 3 assured me my address was changed, called today and got told no address update had been made to deliver it to my work insteadYou would think if you paid for shipping you would receive your package on time but no, not with TForce. Good luck getting your package if you live in an apartment. Customer service will run you in circles, hang up on you, and just straight up not do their job.

Horrible business and not professional. They scan packages as delivered to the front door, I’ve waited hours for a parcel that never shows up. Their customer service isn’t responsive. I pay for same day delivery but get the package days later and then they don’t have the courtesy to knock on the door and leave, they just leave the package at your door for everyone to see. They definitely need to be shut down or hire new management and staff.

I wish i could give them zero stars, this is the worst courier company i’ve ever dealt with, in my entire life. I have a very time sensitive package coming in, and i told them that i want it on the weekend. I called them 4 days consecutively, and the customer service representative kept on telling me that “please have patience please don’t worry, we will do something once we have the order in our warehouse” you can’t even go and pick up the order as they have some stupid covid thing still going on. it’s the 5th day when i called them concerned as today is Friday and here you go again the rep has no freaking idea where the package is or how long would it still take for it to arrive and had the audacity to tell me that please ask for refund from your vendor if you’re so concerned. Lol!!! Please stay away from them as they don’t have answers to your question, they’re not willing to help you they only copy paste their previous messages as email reply when you send them an inquiry. I am highly disappointed.
