Is only an ok place, it took 45min to get served. The waitresses are extremely slow, not really even caring, I asked for a recommendation (given the menu is not available in english) and I got a complete random answer…, after all, the food did not really fix the story, not good enough to recommend or come back.

Beautiful decor, fun ambiance and trendy spot in Drummondville. Overall experience was enjoyable - would definitely come back but would avoid the« Shoyu Ramen » dish - too much odd flavours mixed together: marinated carrots, cucumbers, very blunt /flavourless broth… the braised pork was great but the entire dish is far from what RAMEN should taste like.Ps. Try booking a table before arriving as this place tends to get packed quite rapidly.

I was waiting for 10 minutes at the entrance to be seated. They said the waiting list is 2 hours. I was by myself.

This place is lovely. The ambiance is nice, (disregarding how loud the music is), and the place is nicely decorated. Service is slow, but the food is tasty. Unfortunately their menu doesn’t include the specific items in meals, so a few of the orders at our table came with some unfortunate surprises. Regardless, this is interesting place to visit if in Drummondville. I recommend the nachos or the Paella.

We had reservations for a table of 5 on a Friday night, and we managed to squeeze in a 6th. The place had a great vibe, great music, fun staff! The food was amazing. We ordered apps, mains, cocktails, and beer. It was all excellent! The prices were totally reasonable for the food that was served, excellent quality. We'll be coming back next time we're in town playing a dodgeball tournament. This place is a gem!!

The service was slow and the music was way too loud, for effing sakes it's a restaurant not a bar or nightclub, it should never be that loud. Also some of the workers, from the microbrewery side were drinking at the counter which was close to our table and they were loud. We paid over $200 for a meal and drinks for two and I shouldn't have to hear a bunch of loud guys who are spending way less than we did, throughout our supper. If I want to hear loud music and guys, I'll go at a bar. The food was ok. I had the Onglet Chimichurri which was good and cooked to perfection however the Chimichurri wasn't fresh and tasted and looked like grass. My husband had the 16oz ribeye steak at a whopping 54$ and it didn't include any sides, we had to spend and extra $9 dollars for grilled veggies. The steak was ordered medium-rare and it came rare with the fat not at all rendered. You can get an 18oz ribeye steak with seasonal veggies and your choice of potatoes at our favourite restaurant Boefish in Sherbrooke, which is by the way a very upscale restaurant with impeccable service, ambiance, food and drinks. We might try Aubier one more time, but if it's still loud and slow, we will not go back or recommend Aubier to any one we know.
