Overall great store, clean and the employees are very helpful, in the beauty boutique/make-up section.My only complaint which really ruined my experience on multiple occasions, was that the manager for that department;Always seems to not be there or she leaves mid-shift.Leaving those employees under her baffled as to what to do.The assistant manager, name has slipped my mind is wonderful, very helpful in all aspects. But the head manager should always be in store. In my opinion, for basic (manager assisted necessity)or at the least, available by phone. (Which she is not)

The pharmacist assistant is why i left the one star review. I go here all the time for prescriptions and such. She is always in a bad mood, talking to the staff, ignoring the customers.Shes unnecessary rude, went to ask her a question about some allergy medication and she was absolutely zero help. Felt like i was inconveniencing her by being there.Rest of the shoppers is great. She is absolutely horrible.

If you are looking for beauty/cosmetic products, this is the place to shop especially if you are a senior's customer shopping on a Thursday; take note that Thursday is their seniors' day and seniors get 15% off of items you buy.

Not a fan of employees lying to say they assisted me then scan expensive item twice. Had to drive back and debate why the whole purchase needed to returned in order to return one item. Found out there's points to be earned for making sales.Didn't really feel valued.

I shopped at your store on April 11, 2023. One cashier lady was unhappy to help customer. She made long face with impolite attitude. I wish your store has good training with her. Thank you for your attention!

I decided to leave a 1-star review after my recent experience at this location. Yesterday, I was purchasing gift card. As I stood in line at the cash register, I witnessed a frustrating situation unfold. The staff with purple hair (Edith) in til 1, kindly requested assistance from the staff to open another register. However, both the supervisor ( His name is Mitch) and another staff member briefly glanced at the line, yet left without taking any action. It's worth mentioning that I was the third person in line, and there were 2 more behind me. Even when the line went til the end of the aisle, no help arrived. This lack of assistance and consideration prompted me to leave a negative review. I hope the supervisor do a better job supervising as he seems to be only walking around the store with no purpose.

This review is for the fragrance section of the store only. Darlene has been wonderful help every time getting fragrances. Top notch customer service and goes on to make sure I am happy in every way, making sure I get the PC points for the current promos, not rushing, very thorough in explanations, and amazing knowledge of the fragrance world. I've been to tons of fragrance SDM's outlets all over Ontario and Darlene is my best experience.

BEST location in town! the staff is super friendly here and will let you just shop rather then breath down youre back. they are just overall a decent store to shop at and they always have what im looking for in-stock

Booster appointment booked, pharmacist refused to accept my Health Card and proceeded to insist I fill out paper work aIthough I had not brought my reading glasses. Shameful lack of respect. Left without shot.

Had a great experience today in your cosmetics dept. Gabby helped me with some Christmas shopping and was very friendly and knowledgable she helped me choose a couple of items in no time at all. I did not feel rushed or pushed in the slightest....the store was very clean and pleasant and employees were masked up
