If I could put 0 I would. Worst company I have delt with in the fact that they have no customer service and ABSOLUTELY no legit presence. I got charged for an appointment I didn't even book now I am $80 in the hole and my feet definitely have more issues than when I started with goossens. AVOID AT ALL COSTS AND VETO.

Amazing doctor. I had a severe wart issue on my feet for over 10 years. I tried everything and was in constant pain. After so long trying to get rid of them, I figured there was no hope. One visit to Dr. Goossens and a few weeks later my feet were 100% clear! Obviously highly knowledgeable and very friendly. Every time I went to his office they took me in right away and I was out of there promptly. Great experience.

I totally wasted my time and money ($125.00) for the first visit.It felt like all he wanted was to sell orthotics and not provide medical advice.

After seeing two other foot specialists Dr Goossens was clearly a cut above.While pricey if you don’t have insurance one pays for what you get at his office.Knowing this he gave me cream no charge to apply to my feet.The suite is extremely clean, staff is pleasant and Dr Goossens himself is professional. Suffering with painful in-grown toenail he methodically treats me with a calm and sometimes humorous manner.Happy to refer him.

They tried to charge me 200$ for an apt cancellation less then 24 hours when infact it was 30 hours and I never cancelled I just changed it till my son was off so he didn’t need to miss highschool and was waiting on insurance to respond! 1500$ roughly to have my sons ingrown toenails removed what a joke. I call 4 other places and it was 900$ or under. Staff are full of attitude except one brunette she's awesome the only one that made my son feel comfortable Needless to say 0 stars is needed

My wife had major issues and pain with her Achilles tendon which a physiotherapist could not help with. She went to Dr. Goossens for treatment utilizing a shock therapy machine, a boot designed to stretch out her Achilles gradually and other exercises. Today she has no issues with her tendon. Thank you so much Dr. Goossens !!!

I went to Dr. Goossens just based off the reviews on the internet. I think that Dr. Goossens is a knowledgeable podiatrist and I don’t mind him but his receptionist (Diane) is rude! The first time I went in she was snooty with me. I simply asked a question and she snapped “I’m getting to that” When I went back in to pick up my orthotics she was rude again. When I initially went in I handed her a form that I said needed to be filled out for my money to be refunded. When I went back she said we didn’t fill it out cause the answers are in the package. I showed her where the paper said “this form must be filled out to have your claim considered”. She told me the dr wasn’t going to take the time to fill it out. She then said she’s try to do it for me if I wanted to wait. Ummm yes I want to wait! It’s 500$ that I could get back from insurance!!! The way she talks to everyone is snarky and I’m not a fan. I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that you will be treated disrespectfully by her. If you can get past her attitude Dr Goossens isn’t a bad podiatrist.

I suffered with a wart on the bottom of my foot. Through 2 years of Doctors offices being forced to close, it grew out of control. At times my ankle even hurt, from rolling my foot just to walk. Thankfully, I was referred to Dr Goosen for laser treatment. After 1 (almost painless) treatment per month, for 4 months it is COMPLETELY gone. Not a trace.I highly recommend his help for any issues with your feet.

Do not waste your time and money. Find another Podiatrist. This is a very unwelcoming environment that does not support patients. The Dr. makes you feel like your issues are very unimportant. I do not recommend this place!

I would give it 0 starts if I could. I’ve seen a lot of people complaining about being charged for missed appointments. Their Covid policy stated they don’t require 24 hours for this situation. they still charged me a cancellation fee and wouldn’t waive it. Staff are extremely rude and full of attitude and don’t care about patients at all. This place is just for the money unfortunately, I really don’t recommend . Go elsewhere, pretty much every other place in london is cheaper and has better service.
