My urologist is Dr. Kotb. I still have a couple of months to go to complete my initial treatment. But so far, I am very satisfied with the service I have been receiving.

This place of business as a professional Doctor office is unbelievable, the staff is horrible and cannot complete their job duties, beyond snotty full of attitude, I know someone who has been off work for 2 months and delivered papers to be completed for work in order to get paid and it's been a month and a half and still nothing received ....absolutely sickening ...but they dont care if someone doesnt get paid. I do not recommend , the profressionlism is digusting!!!! You should be ashamed !!!

I can't speak highly enough of this man. He gave me my life back. I am only 9 days post surgery and day one of the rest of my life. I am a big man who moved to Thunder Bay with a suprapubic catheter with a nasty 5cm plus blockage. My surgeon was in Hamilton and said I needed to lose 100lbs to have surgery. Not here. Waited 11 months in hamilton with no end in sight and only 4 month wait from moving to thunder bay. Thanks doc.
