Lived here for a year, it's a nice, modern building but overall the property management experience has been pretty awful. Response to issues is slow, and unhelpful, and most recently moving in or out they now charge you a $130 dollar fee just to use the moving elevator. Definitely a big watch out dealing with these guys if you're thinking of moving in.

Beautiful area of downtown Toronto. I happened to be there in June of 2023 towards the end of Pride month.The pic was atop a crane and it brought me so much laughter. I thought it was quite unique!

Loved staying at 10 York! Brand New Suites. Modern and nicely designed. Spacious, clean and inviting. Perfect place to come home to after work. Location so close to the water and major attractions of Toronto! Stayed here for business. Staff service and my weekly cleaning was impeccable. Internet is high speed which is needed for my work. 24-hour security is there too. And took advantage of the huge gym and theatre room. There is also an outdoor swimming pool and spin room. I will definitely be back again! Thank you DelSuites!
