I've been searching since covid restrictions were lifted for a masseuse who could help with my pain and I'm so glad I found Paul. He is as good as everyone says. Very knowledgeable and has an understanding of how the body works and what happens when it stops working properly. After one session I feel so much better and will continue with him as I get myself put back together again. Highly recommended.

Paul is great . He is very knowledgeable regarding anatomy and why things are happening . He is friendly and genuine and It is a very relaxing environment . I have been to see him 3 times now and have seen quite an improvement in my pain in my shoulders and my sinuses even opened up. Not only does he do a fantastic job during the massage, he provided stretches for me to do at home afterwords . Thanks Paul . I Will be a ongoing customer :)
