Had very great service from Jessica and Brendan (I hope I spelled your name right!). Signed up for a new internet package. Had great conversation. Got home to set up the modem and the process was incredibly simple. Never had used Shaw before but so far, so good! Definitely recommend.

I went into Shaw a couple days ago to get a phone plan, the representative at the front Brent" did an amazing job explaining the plans while also making it entertaining. He had great charisma while also being knowledgeable on the products and plans. He was able to bundle my internet and phone plan together which made my plan quite a bit cheaper! I would strongly recommend this store

Alex was a total professional. My switch to Shaw Mobile from Rogers was painless and the savings are huge. Alex explained every step of the process. I was allowed to keep my same cell number and that in itself saved me so much grief. Great store, great attitude and I’d visit the Sherwood Park Mall location for expert advice.

This isn't a problem with this location.My internet is out. Shaw technician says that there is an outage. Shaw outage webpage doesn't report the outage to make their metrics look better. I have more questions but the technician ends the support session.It's galling when you reach out to support, wait in the queue and have them disrespect my time by ending the session without my consent.Since I cannot leave a review for the technician, I have no other recourse than to post here. I can't threaten to switch ISPs. Canadian telecoms are an oligopoly and TELUS is worse in my experience.Train your technicians to respect people's time, keep better metrics by accurately reporting outages and accepting customer feedback. Finally, don't try to pull a fast one by having an outage and hoping noone notices.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Catherine at the store. When I received my new XB7 modem, it was unable to be activated due to a Shaw back end issue. We were without internet for 3 days with no workaround available from Shaw technical support. Catherine reviewed my case in store and found a brilliant work around solution that got us up and running temporarily while Shaw corrected the issue. She was super helpful and kind and highly recommend.

Amazing customer service. Alex took the time to find the best deal for our internet and tv plan. She provided much better service than did the main office ppl. She did not pressure or hurried. She saved us over $90+ than what we were paying with better internet and tv. Thank you super" Alex."

Signed up for Shaw Mobile at the Sherwood Park Shaw store. We were greeted by Alex who informed us of mobile plans. Alex was very helpful and we left with our new mobile plans in place. Would recommend Alex for all your mobile needs in Sherwood Park.

I went into get a replacement SIM card and got the run around by a couple employees saying they couldn’t assist me with what I needed and that I had to call Shaw directly to get them to assist. So I did. The employee on the phone was not helpful at all and ended up assigning the new SIM card to my other kids account instead of my sons. I had to go back into the store and was assisted by a wonderful lady named Alex! She was extremely helpful and instead of just passing me off like the others did, she actually helped me. Amazing customer service, she went above and beyond! Thank you so much for making my life a little easier!

Quite possibly the best experience with a service provider ever.My wife and I were looking to change up our services and spent some time online but were getting nowhere.We stopped at the store in the Sherwood park Mall, walked up to the counter and met with Brent. Within 5 minutes Brent had looked at our plan and upgraded us with all the channels we wanted, a faster WIFI router in hand and saved us $60 bucks a month our our bill!Props to Brent and all his help. His personality and expertise made a usually painstaking event completely effortless.
