I went for an eye exam and Brian was very patient and explained everything thoroughly and patiently. I discussed my issues with contact lenses and he helped pick a brand best suited to my eye for comfort. An absolute pro. Highly recommend.

Dr. Adam is just amazing. I went to their clinic yesterday with irritating, painful and watery eye. Dr. Adam diagnosed and treated the issue very well. I came back home with no pain and irritation. I’m soooo thankful to him. The receptionist in the clinic was nice and kind. Overall, it was a great experience.

I saw Dr. Sherbo for years - originally he was very kind and thoughtful. but over time that changed. I was especially aggravated when I came in to ask for a new screw for my glasses before I went on a two month trip out of the continent and the staff refused to help me because the glasses were not purchased there (despite being a client for years). I went to another optometrist's office I had never visited and the staff repaired my glasses without question. Book Optical lost my business and my family's over a strange stand off about a screw.

Visited to pick up a new pair of sunglasses without having an idea of what I wanted. This can be dangerous when you are as picky as I am. Fortunately, I was assisted by Georgina who was immensely patient with me and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy with my decision. They have the best and most unique selection of eyewear in the city and they have a great team that follows meticulous guidelines in protecting their clients from COVID-19.I will definitely be back in the future.Thank you,Andrew

Made an appointment for 3:15 as i told them when making the appointment that i work nights at the hospital and was going to go directly there after.Sat in the waiting room for over half an hour while 2 other people with 3:30 appointments(i over heard them) walked right past me into the exam rooms.When i asked what was gong on was told they were running a bit behind......i guess only for me, i walked out.Will never ever go back.... horrible
