Southampton Pet Hospital

We moved to the area just before Covid hit, had some issues with one of our pets and were thankfully accepted as a new client. The care that the staff has provided us for the past couple of years during a weird" time period where you couldn't go inside etc has been superior! They care and it shows. It makes me feel good knowing that our pets are receiving such great care when being seen there. The staff are friendly and caring and the Drs are the same way too! Follow up calls to see how your pet is doing and making sure everything is going good! it's the little things that make it so good! The pets even enjoy going there!! The whole team is fantastic! They genuinely care about the animals but they also make sure the human is looked after too. They take the time to explain the details and both my cat and I felt comfortable there.

As always the team at the Southampton pet Hospital are the greatest and most caring!! .We were impressed how quickly our pup responded to his treatment recommendations. I apologize to our new favourite vet , I can not remember his name but he was extremely knowledgeable and right on target . !!!!

I just wanted to thank you all for seeing our sweet Harvey this past Tuesday for an emergency transfusion! Your outstanding professionalism, thoughtfulness and care shone brightly and words cannot express how grateful we are for caring for our sweet golden! In my experience, overpriced & not professional.I left a message after 2 prior attempts to reschedule my dog’s appointment. The message was never returned, but after 3 phone calls & a voicemail spaced throughout the day I put enough energy into getting a hold of them. After the appointment day passes, while attempting to reschedule my dog’s appointment, it’s brought to my attention that I’m expected to pay a no show fee.Of course I feel that this is absurd, I left the message after receiving no answer on 3 separate phone calls. So I emailed them back explaining that I left an email & provided screenshots from my call log. They then responded saying they’ll speak with their manager and get back to me. It’s been months, and my dog is behind her puppy shot’s because of Southampton vet. Thankfully Kincardine vet was able to take us on, which ended up being a blessing in disguise anyways. They provided a much more in depth examination for a smaller cost, and are overall much more professional. I’m not mad about the experience anymore, because it definitely worked out in my favour. However people should know that Southampton vet conducts themselves in a way that appears to put profit over the veterinary care they provide

Took my Frenchie Shelbee to Southampton Pet Hospital with some potentially serious issues and they were very kind and caring of her and her needs. They made me feel less anxious and gave me a few options along with suggestions. Her issue is ongoing but only time will tell so all we can do is wait. They messaged me about her within a day the last time and call to follow up on her. Will not go to another vet anywhere unless it is recommended by them. Wonderful kind and caring staff and caring and knowledgeable doctors. Thank you so much 100% all the way

I've been going to the Southampton pet hospital for over 30 yrs. I've always been treated with care, compassion, and respect. The whole staff old and new help you and make the visit easy. The vets talk to you not at you, the same as the staff. With new technology the pet hospital keeps up and truly care for the pets and their well being. I will continue to always use the pet hospital, we're so lucky to have one in our town.
