The hotel was extremely clean. The owner,manager and all the staff are awesome people that go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The food was some of the best iv ever had. Well worth the drive just for the food.

Dated yet clean. Don't recommend it for business travellers. Wi-fi was down most of my visit and the area the hotel is located in does not have cell service. Can't speak to the food as I never saw the kitchen open while I was there. Barely got off the parking lot the morning I left as the snow wasn't cleared.

Decent room, clean & fairly spacious, but bed was terrible. For me, the most important thing, after a clean room, is a comfortable bed so we can get a good night's rest. This one was awful. Also no coffee maker in the room or in the lobby. There is a restaurant, but it wasn't open when we left at 7:30 or so.

We rented the two bedroom cabin. It was very clean and was fully furnished like an apartment. I would recommend asking for an extra blanket for each room. Otherwise, nice place, and the breakfast, not included was great too.

This is an average hotel with a restaurant attached, we had booked a few months in advance. Unfortunately they had some new stuff on so a little bit of trouble when we got there about the booking got straightened out, it would have been nice had they had the heat turned on in the rooms as they knew we were coming.

The room was dirty, especially the bathroom. Toilet still had stuff on it from last person using it. The door around the knob was filthy, black. Dirt running down mouldings. Bathtub was brown, so dirty that you could see where there was those non-skid flowers that use to be in it. The pillows still had woolys and hair on them. The extra blanket that was there had a big white stain on it, don’t even want to think about what that was. Ate at the restaurant, had to go get creamer and spoons myself as no one returned to us after we received our food. Oh an I got molasses for my toutons that I ordered and the bottle was dirty with even ketchup on top of it. Cell phone service is terrible in the area so tried using wifi and that’s even worse.

I've stayed in low cost places. This wasn't low but wasn't high either. Bathroom tiles all broken apart, shower ceiling was stained yellow, no coffee, no phone, things rather taking apart. Needs massive upgrade. Nothing to write home about at all. Over priced for what you get for sure. Many stairs to go up with for main floor rooms. Don't bring a heavy suitcase. Girls were personable enough.

We stayed one night here. It’s a short drive outside of Bonavista so we knew the rates would be a bit lower.Reception was super friendly…as I had grown accustomed to in the east coast. The hotel itself is a bit dated but didn’t deter from its charm. Our room was clean and had a modern bathroom (though a bit tight!) It was quiet, clean and comfortable.There is a restaurant on the premise but we didn’t get a chance to eat there (had to eat at Mary Brown’s since we were in its birth place!)The hotel is quiet, clean, comfortable and reasonably priced. I’d stay here again!

Friendly staff, good Location, at the evening you can See rabbits Play in the Backyard. Only 2 minus Points: Bad wi fi and Windows are all locked so No fresh Air onlly Air condition
