Mount Sinai Fertility – Mississauga-Oakville

I’ve been seeing Dr. Miguel Russo and my experience has been very good. Dr. Russo is probably one of the best doctors I’ve ever encountered. His bedside manner is excellent, he listens to you, treats you will respect, and allows you to choose the treatment plan that you feel is best for your situation. His receptionist Elizabeth is wonderful as well. Highly recommend this particular doctor at this clinic.

How it's possible to book me at 10am and another women at the same hour? Its 10:45am am I'm still waiting. Organization please

I have nothing but amazing things to say about this clinic and the stuff working there. My wife and I have been going there for over 2 years now and I am ecstatic with their service. Absolutely awesome people ! In particular what makes this clinic “homey” is the friendly staff that work there. In particular, my wife has always had the worst luck finding a capable phlebotomist ( the person that withdraws blood) to take blood in the first shot vs. getting poked multiple times and bruising. The technician taking blood is a sweetheart ! She is an absolute pleasure to work with and an expert ! Going there has not only given us hope and alleviated my wife’s physical pain and mental anguish but has also introduced us to an excellent set of professionals that I am privileged to have met. I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to everybody. This year we are expecting our second child and I am truly thankful that we have chosen this clinic to make it happen at.

Surprised at all these negative reviews. The staff here is VERY friendly and quickly knows you by name. Going through infertility is a really disheartening experience, but the staff at this clinic made early morning cycle monitoring and appointments less of a drag.

First of all, I am very surprised of the number negative reviews that have been on here for the last 2 years. I wanted to provide a review of my positive experience that I have had since starting my IVF journey. Liz has been a very supportive & helpful admin that has assisted me from the very beginning with my appointments with seeing Dr. Russo. Any questions I've had, she's been fantastic at getting back to me in a timely manner which I've always appreciated.Ever since the Mississauga location re-opened in September, I'm glad that I didn't have to go far for my monitoring & ultrasound. Ivana & Ellie have made my experience with my ultrasound & bloodwork a comfortable one. They were friendly & were able to answer any questions that I had as well. Overall, I'm very happy to have been able to go to this clinic & received the care that I got. Would recommend coming here for sure.

The receptionist Allybeth is the most insensitive nurse we have encountered. I came in with a full bladder and was not prioritized since i was early for my appointment. 45 mins and then I was told I hav to wait more for my appointment. She could have easily informed us the moment we arrived that we are early and it will take time for our appointment so i could have released my bladder and proceeded to refill it on that time i was made to wait.

Going through fertility treatments is a stressful time in a person's life...having caring health professionals makes a huge difference. I was with this clinic before the change to Mount Sinai and after and while the change did mean a loss of the homey" feeling

I would highly recommend the Mount Sinai Fertility Mississauga clinic because since we started this IVF process we have gone to this clinic for studies and we have received fantastic treatment, especially from miss Elibeth, her kindness and empathy make the difference. Going to appointments has been a stress- free experience and a fast and efficient service. God bless the enormous work of her in our life!
