My wife and I decided to order delivery from Boston Pizza for dinner. The estimated time of delivery was 7:48. Flash forward to 8:08 (20 Minutes After) and still no order. I then proceed to call and the person who picked it up said that she doesn't have any record of it on her screen so the delivery driver must have picked it up. *Keep in mind we are a less than 5 Minute Drive from the restaurant* I then proceed to wait another 20 minutes and still no order.It's now 8:30, a total of 40 minutes later than the original estimated delivery time. I call the restaurant again to inquire and they said that it was sitting in the back. Not wanting to wait I drive up to the restaurant to pick it up.When I arrive at the restaurant, I have to wait 10 minutes for someone to even say Hi/Greet Me. At which point someone finally comes over to inquire about what I came in for. I told them and it took another 10 ish minutes for me to recieve my order. When I briefly checked my bag to ensure that everything was accounted for, I was missing french fries. I then have to wait an additional 5-10 minutes to recieve this.When I go back to my car to inspect everything, I opened up my pizza box to find a cold, congealed, excuse for a pizza. (PICTURE ATTACHED) I then go back in and tell them so I can have my order made properly. They say it could take another 30 minutes to have this remade. I have no choice but to agree.I then drive my wife's food home so she can't at least eat, (at this time it's approx 9:20-9:30. I then drive back to the restaurant to finally recieve my pizza made properly. At thos point it was barely warm but I'll take it. I then immediately came home and am writing this review at 10:00PM.I effectively wasted 2 hours of my time that I cannot get back. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of service and food that I received. I would not recommend coming here and would instead suggest bringing your business somewhere else in town.

This establishment is going through some changes with the new owner right now. Some new servers/bartenders have joined and are exceptional. Food quality is hit and miss, but has improved overall. Atmosphere is great with new renos and such. Bar drinks have lost their specials but will hopefully be sorted out soon. I have only sat on the bar side so can only attest to the great bar service. Give it a try for sure!

We started taking advantage of Pasta Tuesdays, it's a good deal with a good selection and the food is good. We usually take half home for leftovers. The service has been top-notch.

Poor costumer service and over priced food, I would never go back again…I asked if I can order the mushroom fettuccine and substitute the chicken with shrimp… After almost 30 mins they served me the past and made me pay extra $$$ for the sub. It’s totally unfair to charge for extra toppings when I only substitute it. The manager came to explain only one button in the system and just made it worse. Also what made it even worse is the fact that no one was around to check on me and I actually walked to the bar to ask for my food.

To be honest the food was tasty, i will give 5 out of 5 for that but the service was extremely slow. We waited 30 minutes for the food but, even then we just got some portion of our order. Then we ordered an extra sauce and they took 15 minutes to bring that. At the end the billing process also took 30 minutes as they left the machines with us and none of us knew how to operate that, we waited again for someone to come and then the payment machine stoped working. Then they charged the machine and again they left the machine with us. All in all, the service was very slow, we understand if the restaurant is busy but it wasn’t that busy.

We booked a reservation and then were asked after we (group of nine) had been sitting for twenty minutes to move to another area of the restaurant. Was served a pizza I’ve had many times but this one was smothered in hot sauce (not how it’s usually made). We asked for a new pizza as this was not indicated anywhere on the menu. They took my pizza and said a new one would be right out. We had already waited 40minutes for our food, and I waited another 20 minutes. Everyone else had finished their dinner and paid before I even got my second pizza. We had to ask the owner? where the second pizza was. Within a minute he brought the new pizza out, but I did not have time to eat it as they were rushing us out to seat another group. Very poor customer service. The waitress was lovely and attentive but the rest of the service was poor.Update: The owner has been very helpful in making this situation right. It’s much appreciated and you can tell he cares about his customers. Very impressed with his concern and customer service.

We arrived for Lunch on a Sunday, not many customers, seated quickly, after this everything went downhill- we ordered simple fare, we waited at least 30 minutes for our lunch- there were only a few other tables, not sure how the kitchen would manage at a busy time. Waitress never stopped by to say ANYTHING about the wait. Meals came out in intervals, person 1 was finished eating before others got their meals. The quality of the food was okay, the service was not really. I’ve never been a big fan (from other BP’s) will never return

Not a great experience overall. Came in around 4 on sunday. Waited at the door for 15 mins no sign of a host. 2 servers walked past didn't even acknowledge our presence just ignored us. Got sat waited for our server (bar side) for another 15 mins just to touch our table. Didnt introduce himself didnt tell us/ give an appy hour menu until after we had put in our drink order. He came back and we ordered our app ( triple play) and our mains at the same time and requested they all just come at once. 30 mins for our app to come out. Then another 25 for our mains to come. The app plater was fine nice and hot but the mains were very disappointing. My friend ordered a chicken burger and his bun was rock hard. My other friend order thai bites with fries and gravy. The bites werent that hot but she ate them anyway as she was hungry. The gravy was super lumpy and tasted off. My meal i ordered the thai wrap with sweet pots. I took one bite of the wrap and was so turned off. It was dry and the fried chicken on it was cold and crusty. The server did not check in with us about how our meals were until right before billing. He ended up taking the wrap off the bill and offered to get me something else but at that point i was just turned off. Kinda turned us off as well through the entire interaction he was chewing gum with his mouth open even during the brief amount of time we did see him.

I really wanted to enjoy the burger and salad I ordered on Friday night but it was really bad. I ordered the “large” gluten free hamburger and a chicken salad both were $20 each! I was glad to pay it as I’m gluten free and was happy they had the options available but when I got home to enjoy my supper the hamburger was not good at all. The parties were both burned to a crisp and was inedible, on top of that the bun was hard as a rock and dry, not edible at all, bruised my gums pretty bad. They didn’t even put some ketchup or mustard on it! It was so expensive! And the salad was not good either because the breaded chicken was dry and the salad was full of bacon and cheese which I cannot eat! It was all pretty disappointing and I got nothing for dinner. I picked at the salad as best I could but I lost close to $50 and all I got was a burned hamburger and salad full of bacon and cheese with dry chicken strips. I really wanted to like it but the hamburger was the worst I’ve even gotten served by any restaurant. Please don’t serve burnt food, we are paying good money and deserve edible food!

Brutal experience. I ordered the plant based burger and fries with an extra order of fries for take out on a Tuesday night around 9pm.They said it would be ready in 25-30mins. When I arrived it took about 5 mins for someone to acknowledge me. Not even a hello. Just a “have u been looked after”. I replied no and then waited another 10 mins for someone to come and take my payment. There was hardly any communication from the server. After I paid the server said she would go get my meal. Again I waited some more. I sat in the restaurant for about 30min total, cold because they have the a/c up really high. I even noticed a young woman at another table shaking while her mother put a sweater over her.It took them an hour to cook a plant based burger.The restaurant was not even busy.Blows my mind how much people just don’t care anymore.Food wasn’t anything special.Service was terrible.Restaurant was freezing.
